JA Plumbing Services was Established in 2010 and already has a long list of satisfied customers many of whom have used us on more than one occasion .As we are a small company we pride ourselves on customer service to ensure every customer is happy with our work every time. We are Fully covered with liability insurance to ensure you have peace of mind. JA Plumbing Services offers a wide range of services including bathroom design and installation,full central heating services from a radiator change to a full central heating system and everything in between.
We also offer an all trades service including joinery, tiling, plastering, electrics plumbers. This allows each project to be carried out from start to finish by JA Plumbing Services.

John carried out the complete refurbishment of the bathroom in my daughters tenement flat. John was a great communicator, always on time and just an all round good guy. This is the 3rd bathroom John has upgraded for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

John is an exceptional plumber. Him and his team worked extremely hard and they were professional, reliable, personable and always on time. Right from the initial contact, John had kept in touch and always answered any queries quickly. The refit of our bathroom was done in a good and timely manner and progress photos were also taken too.
I would highly recommend JA Plumbing Services as the workmanship carried out was to a high specification and we are delighted with our new shower room.

We have recently completed the remodelling of our cloakroom/toilet. John Allan did a splendid job for us. He provided his estimate, kept in good communication with us up to and during the project, and left everything neat and tidy on completion. John was exactly what we wanted - not only extremely competent, but also able to work things through when the instructions for some of the kit were obscure to say the least.
A very nice, helpful and courteous guy. We would have no hesitation in approaching him for further work in the future.

After seeing other works completed with John and his team l knew that I did not need to get any other quotations to strip out and remodel my bathroom. John surveyed my bathroom and his knowledge and enthusiasm was first class recommending that he could reposition wc and towel rail to get more room for me, he provided me with a quotation very quickly and detailed. I agreed to his price and went away on holiday leaving him and his team alone in my house to carry out the installation trusting him completely. While on holiday John kept me updated on a daily basis with progress photographs.
I returned from holiday to find an amazing transformation on my bathroom which left me so happy with the result, my house was also left spic and span after the renovation.
I would have no hesitation to recommend JA Alan for any bathroom work

A poorly installed wet room floor (undertaken by a building company) with cracked grout and tile movement was stripped back and a new floor complete with underfloor heating was then replaced by John and his colleagues.
I cannot praise John and Kevin highly enough for their hand work in taking the floor back to a state it could be then effectively worked on. The tiler, Krzysztof completed the tiling to a very high standard.
I am extremely happy to have a fully functioning wet room floor that looks fabulous. John has a excellent work ethic and achieving a good result for his customer is of great importance to him. Very much recommend John and his business.

Being new to Midlothian, we had no prior knowledge of tradesman so during the extensive renovations to our home, we have largely taken a chance on people through sites like trusted trader. And it has paid off!
John recently installed 4 new bathrooms for us. Given the scale of the work, we organised for it to be done while we were away on 2 weeks holidays. Given the scale of the works, we weren’t expecting the full job to be done in this time but John and his team worked incredibly hard to achieve this for us and we returned back to an (almost) finished job and an incredibly clean house!
I cannot recommend John highly enough. From the very beginning, communication has been excellent, he is very reliable and a genuinely nice guy. The standard of work is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Delighted with the recent work carried out by John and his team to install our new bathroom. Great communication from the initial quote to completion and was able to meet our expectations in terms of installation date and component requirements. The guys were all very professional, hardworking, and completed the job to a high standard.
No mess left at all, extremely tidy and it’s clear that they take pride in their work.

John did a great job on a full bathroom refit including replacing bath with a walk in shower, putting on a new ceiling and removing tiled walls and replacing with panelling. Job was carried out really well and bathroom now looks great. Was good value, work completed to high standard. Would highly recommend.

John and his team done a full bathroom installation plus a new Combi boiler. From first contact through his Facebook page to the completion of the work, the service received was 1st class. The whole job was completed in 3.5 days and to a very high standard at a fantastic price compared to a lot of higher profile companies. Absolutely no qualms about using John again, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get this type of work done.

Great communication from initial quote to completing the new bathroom and any questions I had in between. Very high quality of workmanship and finished bathroom is stunning. John and team also left the house immaculate upon completion which is a lot more than most workman do!

We recently had a full bathroom and shower room renovation done by John and his team. From start to finish, the work carried out was to the highest standard and any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. John even came up with several ideas on the job to make our bathroom an even better space. John and his team were extremely reliable, friendly and always made sure to tidy up after themselves each day. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again, or indeed reccomend them to others. 5 stars from us!
