The process has been seamless from the initial consultation, ordering and fitting.
The team, Steven, Alan, Graeme and Jordan were a pleasure to deal with. Very organised, professional, respectful.
The team were in my property for 3 days , it was immaculate when they left.
This was a big job for me and I could not be happier with the finished result

New front and back door.
The entire process from getting measurements, to choosing doors, getting a quote and finally fitting was easy and done in a professional, friendly and extremely reliable manner. Alan & Graeme fitted the new doors and were both friendly and professional. Our doors are fantastic and we would definitely use JW Glazing in the future.

We had 9 windows and 2 doors fitted in grey outside white inside, great guys nothing too much bother always happy to help and give advise. Very tidy, left the house clean, tidy and hoovered every day at the end of their shift. Would highly reccomend this company for value , great products, reliability, and professionalism.

Speed of order - Windows expected to take 8 weeks from order date to arrive - fitted after 6 weeks
Speed of fitting - estimated to take 3 days - work all completed in 2 days. This was for six large windows
Friendly - three guys all very friendly.....very little noise
Tidy - hoovered every room and swept outside - left the place spotless

Over the past four years Craig and his team at JW Glazing and Joinery have fitted replacement doors and windows at five properties that were undergoing refurbishment. The windows and doors supplied are excellent quality. The installation is always a first class job and the price is competitive. Craig and his team are professional, always arriving on time when they are scheduled to and leave the place immaculate behind them. I have no issues recommending them - in fact neighbours were so impressed with the job they had done for me they had JW Glazing replace their windows.

Replaced 2 large windows and repanelled the bay round one of the windows. This turned out to be a bigger job than expected but they completed it on time and we were delighted with the finished result. It all looks great now and they put everything back and left the place clean and tidy. Good communication throughout. I would highly recommend them.

I had tiles around the bathroom window I wanted replacing & was prepared for any cracks or broken tiles but the guys did a fantastic job & no tiles were damaged at all.

Craig and his team revamped our kitchen, sorted our fence and did some window repairs. We were extremely happy with the work done, the ease of communication and the attention to detail throughout. We would be very happy to use them again.

New Windows and doors done throughout the house to a very high standard and completed within timescales given before work started.

Replacement double glazing to windows , fitted with acoustic glass. Men worked during worst weather imaginable and completed the job in couple of days. Very respectful of our house covering up floor coverings and tidying up and hoovering at the end of the day.

I had several windows in my house with badly rotted frames that needed replaced. J. W. Glazing & Joinery replied to my initial email within about a day and I was able to arrange an inspection within about a week. They recommended replacing my windows with PVC frames resistant to rot, which I'm very happy with.

The installation process was quick and about as convenient as you could expect for a relatively major home improvement like this. They were able to get the bulk of the work done within a day (three large windows with three panes each), and then another morning's worth of work to finish one smaller window. The longest part of the entire process was the manufacturing lead time on the actual windows themselves, which took about five weeks.

I had 2 windows where the double-glazing units had failed (condensation between the panels). JW Glazing replaced the double-glazing units in the existing window frames. They did an excellent job from start to finish. A polite, professional team - the people on the phone, the man who came to measure for the quote and the installers.
They came when they said they would, did what they said they would and left no mess. Impressive. Great job.

Just had a new kitchen window fitted and ordered new door. Brilliant service from start to finish, window fitters worked extremely hard as this was a difficult fit, very patient and so professional. Would recommend and use them again in a heartbeat. First class.
