Stevie was great and managed the complete refurb of our new bathroom from start to finish. The process couldn't have been any easier. Would definitely recommend and use for my next project.

I’ve used Interzone a number of times now in connection with property renovations most recently to install a new boiler, tank and controls. I can’t fault the work and have to say they are among the most considerate tradesmen I’ve dealt with - punctual, helpful, communicative and leave the site clean.

While others companies recommend me change four radiators in my house, and other one suggest to change the boiler, Interzone came to my house next day after I contacted them and fixed the problem with the radiators. Now they are working properly and no need for changes. Very trustworthy company.

Great to deal with, did a neat job of replacing a large wash-handbasin on a bathroom fitted unit and alterations to improve some kitchen waste plumbing; he took care to protect existing finishes, tiling etc., and provided a neat job overall at a reasonable price. Recommended!

Steve Cook serves as plumber, heating engineer and advisor to Penicuik Community Alliance, a Community Benefit Society that is in the middle of converting substantial High St premises (900m2) into a community hub. He has installed a Pentland Biomass boiler system at 'The Storehouse', CH radiators , space heaters, coffee machine, sinks and four toilets. His work is of the highest quality. He often improvised solutions to problems at his own expense to get us out of difficulties when opening a temporary shop, always with a smile. Funding difficulties have brought refurbishment to a temporary halt but we will not be looking elsewhere for plumbing services when work resumes!

Steve has done an excellent job and charges a very reasonable price. We needed something done urgently. Despite being very busy, Steve understood our situation and had kindly agreed to do the job. He arrived on time and was very prepared with an extensive amount of tools. I am so impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. He will be my go to plumber from now on. Steven did amazing work in renewing a complex 70s industrial size boiler/heating/solar system in our home that hadn't worked properly for years- with a new efficient boiler etc and diligently sorted every problem. No problem was too great for him and came at short notice even at w/es. We would high recommend his services, he is always polite , reassuring and efficient.

I would definitely recommend this company. I received very fast service and the work that was required was carried out to the highest of standards. They arrived as scheduled and did not leave until they were sure that everything was working correctly. They tried to fix the problem for me before it became clear that the issue was bigger than first anticipated and there was daily contact from the company to monitor the situation.
