From a security side we install smart door bells, intruder and wireless burglar alarms.

PPM They look after our Water Monitoring, Emergency lights and other legislative compliance works, as well as reactive works, Their engineers are nice, presentable, and always do a good job for us. We always recommend and they are our first choice.

Facilities Management. IES works with us to deliver FM works to client in the Scotland Region. Works from Electrical EICR & Installation, to putting up clients signage.. they are happy to help. They have proven to be punctual, polite, and more importantly qualified and competent. They have good communication, are competitive on cost, and ensure the client is always happy. Will continue to use.

The guys who came and did the work were very helpful and professional and every aspect of customer service from the office staff was exceptional. We had wiring needing done for spots lights and explair fan. The men turned up , very efficient, no problems, no moaning, very polite.
Returned later, to connect spot lights and fan. Would highly recommend this company, and definitely use them again.

Replaced electric work installed by previous kitchen contractor that was unsafe - the staff were friendly, took time to explain work needing done and were flexible about completing this, including offering different options around accessing the electrics to be changed and sending out managers to ensure work was assessed and planned fully. Job done and space left in good nick. Would happily use again.
