We are specialists in EICR Tests (Electrical Installation Condition Report), PAT testing, Fire Alarm Testing & Maintenance, Emergency Light Testing, Inspections & Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Gas Safety Checks & Certificates, Electrical Repairs, Fuse Board Replacements, Smoke Alarm Installation and EV Charger installation, Lead testing, Lead Water Testing and CCTV installations.
From a security side we install smart door bells, intruder and wireless burglar alarms.

I used Ideal Electrical Services to PAT test quite a lot of filming equipment that arrived from Indian for a film shoot in Scotland. The team at Ideal Electrical Services were very professional, helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company.

We have just had new LED lighting installed in my business to help reduce our escalating electricity bills. Mark came out with one of his lighting experts and looked over the premises and discussed the options. Having received the quote from Mark I agreed to proceed and the installation took place this week. Mark and his team were brilliant to deal with. Friendly and professional staff. Thank you for the quick and efficient service as always. The new lighting has really brightened up our workspace!

There was a pesky little problem with a light socket Ideal came out quickly and fixed it replacing the fitting very cleanly and efficiently. Very grateful for speedy, reasonable priced resolution

The work which was done was to replace 4 existing gear trays to the existing fittings for lighting the common stair in an Edinburgh tenement. The work was done to a high standard and did not disturb the existing decoration nor damage the existing wiring. They provided a much brighter and more efficient way of lighting the common stair.

Ideal Electrical Solutions installed two external lights on my property as well as replacing a shaver outlet in the bathroom. The workmen arrived at the time agreed and work diligently . The nature of the work meant that there was a fair amount of dust internally and on completion the men tidied up and removed all waste material.
