All engineers on site were really friendly and polite, with our staff and customers. When plans changed last minute, the team were able to plan out an excellent solution without the consideration of cutting corners. When difficulties arose during the work, the support and after care were perfect.

Denim and Greg installed a new light in the livingroom and advised about sorting some extractor fan problems. Quick, clean and friendly service, would definitely recommend.

This is an update to a previous review of an outside spotlight installation. Fast forward a month later.
6pm at night a neighbour came over to complain about the spotlight being too bright & pointing in the wrong direction, through his window. I emailed Ideal right away on a Sunday night informing of the situation & asking if someone could come out the next day to reposition the light. They were accommodating and sen Chris back out on Monday afternoon at which point he was able to correct the issue. Would definitely recommend Ideal to anyone needing an electrician!

I phoned IES in the morning because a smoke alarm that couldn't be opened was bleeping and they arrived within a couple of hours and replaced the old faulty alarm and installed the extra linked ones required for the Scottish regulations - and for my peace of mind.
The electricians were polite, friendly and did a fast, efficient and tidy job.
