Hiprobuild oversaw and carried out a complete refurbishment of a 3 bed tenement flat in the Edinburgh New Town over a 5 month period, addressing structural problems as well as fitting new flooring, woodwork, kitchen, bathrooms - including plumbing and electrical - right through to final decor.

Karol was very pleasant to work with throughout, as were all the tradespeople brought on site. He made sensible and sympathetic decisions bearing in mind the age of the tenement flat and its features and I was comfortable leaving the project management to him knowing it was in safe hands.

We had drains put in place to prevent flooding in our basement and strengthened under floor supports and put in insulation under our floor.
They communicated well at every stage of the work. Left the site near and tidy each day. Came when they said the would. Thought carefully about the job and gave good advice. Always polite, friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.
