Artur and his team have done various pieces of work for us in Claremont Crescent. Most recently they overhauled our 199 year old roof with antique slate tiles and leaded some side beams which were causing leaks in rooms below.
We highly recommend them for both speed, quality and aftercare on all their roof works. Owning an A listed 199 year old building we feel very glad to have them as our roofing maintenance contractor. They always go above and beyond and their work proves to be good time and time again. Many neighbours now also use them for the same reason. Don’t look elsewhere as you will be disappointed.
Thanks to all the team for their commitment to the job and ensuring the customer always gets a good solution.

Artur and the team recently did some reconstruction work on our chimneys. We couldn't have had a better experience! The communication from the start was excellent and we found he undertook the most detailed assessment and quote from all the companies we contacted. The team who came to do the work were extremely courteous and did a fantastic job on the roof and the clean up. Artur kept us informed along the way and provided us with detailed photographs of all the work completed. I really can't recommend HiSolutions enough.

Dream team for what was a nightmarish job. First rate rope access services from start to finish. Several companies declined to even visit and some who did visit the site then declined to quote. The job was on a tenement building at height over a busy road and included fixing a leaking roof (slate/tile work, replacing missing slates/tiles, ridge tile pointing), reinstallation of a vent pipe, cleaning gutters and most challenging of all, removing a large self-set plant from a downpipe (the roots were very long and went down and around 2 elbows under the roof line and into an internal section of downpipe requiring access and internal works inside the top floor flat). The quote and works were clearly illustrated with photos and the invoice broken down into different elements as required by the Title Deeds. Quick to visit. Quick to quote. All the work was done without scaffolding which saved us time and money and was done to an excellent standard. Followed up to check everything was as we expected. Top marks to Artur, Marta and the rest of the HiSolution team.

We cannot fault HiSolutions! We have had recurring problems with our tenement roof and Artur always replies promptly and comes out the next day. All the workers we have had have been very pleasant, prompt and hard working. We couldn't recommend them more.

I am a chartered civil engineer with over 40 years experience both in the construction industry and lecturing to post graduate engineers. Finding good roofers, for my rental properties, has been a problem in the past. That is why I was delighted to come across Hi Solution who undertook quite extensive roof work on my own property. I found them to be completely professional in their approach to the contract from the initial estimate, which was very competitive, to the completion of the work which was of a high standard. I should also mention that the operatives were very friendly, helpful, careful, tidy and anxious to complete the work to a high standard. Most impressive!

Artur and his friendly and courteous team did an excellent job at repairing our ageing chimney stacks, prolonging their lifespan without the need for invasive and much more costly works. From the moment I first met Artur I was impressed with his approach and transparent way of explaining the works needed. The quote was detailed with images and clear costings and it made the job of getting three separate buildings on board with the works much easier as we went through the quotation process with several companies.
Artur gave clear timings about when the work would commence and was quick to keep me up to date and the team were really pleasant to interact with, very punctual, hard-working and cleaned everything up. On completion Artur sent photographs of the work and made it very clear that we should get in touch should we have any further issues. All in all we were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to contract Artur for any future works of this nature.

Artur Pawlak and his HiSolution "spidermen" team were approached to conduct an annual survey & repair of the slates in our Category-A, 200-year-old, 5-storey, 10-property tenement. They also checked all the above-ground gutters and external downpipes (a couple of which were leaking), plus checked and cleared the accessible gullies at ground level.
They repaired all the damaged slates as necessary, replaced some sections of cracked downpipe, sealed any joints that were in poor condition, and did the necessary with the gullies.
HiSolution were very well organised and clear about all the arrangements, before and during the work: from estimating and quoting, scheduling the work, carrying out the work, and following up with an "after sales" checkup inspection with me, including on the roof (a slightly scary experience for me!).
They also supplied numerous before & after photos of different aspects of the project.
Apart from their open and transparent management of the work, a great benefit of their method of using rope access is that it doesn't require the erection of expensive scaffolding, which saves LOTS of money, without any loss of quality of workmanship.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

We live in a top floor flat and had water coming in through the roof of our tenement after a bad storm in October. We have used HiSolution several times over the years for roof repairs and always find them to be reliable and reasonably priced. In this instance they inspected the roof and provided photos of the areas where there were problems and then came back as arranged to fix missing roof slates and clear debris from the rhones.
