Radiator that is linked to both had and electric system was leaking. Gary responded extremely quick and repaired it within a matter of days. Very friendly service too!

Gary supplied and fitted a new gas boiler for us recently in a rented property. He was prompt, explained exactly what he was going to do, how long it was going to take etc. He removed and disposed of the old boiler and left it all clean and tidy afterwards. He also came to fix a problem radiator in my own house, again prompt, polite and tidy. I've already recommended him to friends and will do so again. Can't fault him!

Hermitage heating solutions replaced a broken tap for me. The old tap had a leak and had rusted tight shut, so it was not an easy job! Nonetheless HHS did a great job sorting it. Would definitely recommend.

I have found Gary to have been really reliable over several years, he is prompt, efficient, works hard and has provided helpful advice about matters related to both a boiler and a living flame gas fire. He is realistic about timescales work will take and has always met these, even when replacing and relocating the boiler proved to be a more complex job. Our boiler had completely stopped working leaving us with no heating or hot water. I contacted Hermitage Heating Solutions because they had been recommended to us by word of mouth.

I texted the company’s mobile number out of hours and received a response the same evening which was completely unexpected. I was offered a visit the following day and after identifying the problem, I was issued with a very reasonable quote for repair, so we went ahead. We couldn’t be happier with the service and that our boiler, which had a faulty fan, was fixed so quickly!

Throughout the process, Gary, who we dealt with, kept us fully informed, he was honest and helpful and was keen to make sure we had the amenities we needed. I’m not sure what more he could have done.

After this experience we would highly recommend the company and we will definitely use them again in future.

Gary carried out our annual boiler and gas fire service. He previously installed a new boiler and gas fire for us and has carried out various gas and plumbing jobs for us over many years. He has always been an excellent professional in everything he has done for us, is courteous and clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for gas, heating and plumbing work.

Gary is very professional and delivers a consistent and complete service each and every time. This was no different. He works well to organise with tenant's to conveniently schedule work and is always prompt and customer friendly. His prices are fair and his knowledge is deep. Gary came to service our gas fire. He arrived timeously and carried out a thorough inspection and clean of the inside of the fire and surroundings. After the service and subsequent gas leak and pressure check, the fire was performing beautifully. He is a very personable young man and enjoys a good joke and banter!
