Gary was extremely helpful in finding out why my boiler was dropping in pressure. After various tests he was able come to a conclusion and get to the bottom of the problem.

I was looking to get a replacement heated towel rail in my bathroom. Gary the owner responded to my query promptly and gave me a quotation that I was happy with. We arranged a date for the work no problem and he completed the work to a high standard and checked that I was completely happy before he left. I would definitely recommend Hermitage Heating and would certainly use him again as good tradespeople are increasingly hard to come by these days.

We found Gary in TrustedTrader and we couldn't be happier with the service. We needed a gas fire disconnected and a gas inspection and being local to us he was able to give us an appointment very quickly. When he arrived he was friendly and courteous, knowledgeable and very tidy. After disconnecting the gasfire he explained how to disassemble the unit prior removal and he even offered to come back in again to help with it if I struggled at no extra cost. That's going the extra mile!

Serviced the boiler changed one of the pumps explained everything needing done and sent videos . Not to expensive turned up on time. Very satisfied would use him again and recommend him to my friends and family.

I contacted Gary during the festive season and he picked up the phone straight away. He was able to call out the next day to investigate the faulty boiler and fix it there and then. Due to his prompt service and very good communication, I called him back for an annual boiler service.

It was a very short notice weekend call out. Gary gave us an immediate response and had the problem fixed within 4 hours from first call with a minimum charge. Excellent service and value for money.

Gary was recommended to me by one of his other customers when I needed a new boiler. Gary took time to discuss the necessary work, his quote was competitive, and he did a super job. He arrived on time, put down carpet protector over my fawn carpet, he made sure that the system was fully operational before he left, and tidied up afterwards. I will certainly use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
