Gary came out to replace a valve on a radiator in my bedroom. While he was here, he recommended I install a magnetic filter on my boiler as one wasn’t installed by the previous owner. I appreciated the suggestion and the extra information he gave me to make an informed decision. Gary is super efficient, quick to reply and does the job well- would happily recommend him!

We had a new gas boiler fitted. Despite various issues caused by the previous boiler installation, this was completed in one day because Gary worked without a break to ensure that we had hot water before he left us. Extremely reliable and excellent value for money. Can't recommend highly enough for new installation or servicing.

Got a boiler serviced and both taps in bathroom replaced due to one being faulty/old.
Was very easy to get in contact with the company when needed, the work was arranged and carried very quickly and to a high standard. Very easy to pay the invoice and seems high value for money.
Company was friendly to speak to and as a result of all these points would definitely consider using again in future if required.

Gary has come out to fix our very old boiler in our previous flat and has carried out servicing on our new boiler in our current property. His prices are extremely competitive, he’s reliable and he’s very friendly and respectful of our property too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We had our gas fire and boiler serviced. Great service , friendly, punctual, explained everything well, neat tidy worker. Went above and beyond to try and find a part for our very old fire, sadly so old there wasn't one but we appreciated him taking the time to try.

I recently moved into a property with a boiler, which was my first time owning a place with gas, so my first port of call was to find a gas engineer to service the boiler. Gary was professional, efficient and gave me some helpful tips about how to work the heating and make sure the boiler continues to function well. I will be using him in future for my annual boiler services and for any other plumbing work!

Gary has helped us with many plumbing jobs over the past year in our flat renovation; from replacing radiators and dealing with leaks, to installing a new kitchen.
He is reliable and honest, has great workmanship and doesn’t scrimp or rush, all for a reasonable price. Paired with fantastic communication, and a super helpful attitude, you can tell he cares about his work and your project. Having had bad experiences with other local plumbers, we now won’t use anyone else but Gary. Highly recommended.

I have just had a complete new heating system fitted by Gary and I'm delighted with the job from start to finish.
He has been very professional and helpful at all stages of the job.
As I was having all the pipe work under the floor and upstairs renewed I expected a lot of disruption to my flooring at the end of the job (laminate flooring) but there was very little at all. My house was also left clean and tidy.
Gary has also done a thorough job of servicing and cleaning my gas fire.
I will most certainly use Gary again for any further work.

Gary has solved all our plumbing problems we’ve had since moving in - radiator leaks, boiler issues, replacing wastewater pipes, toilet flush problems… He’s reliable, punctual, and has managed to always find a fix even when the problem isn’t obvious.

He is very knowledgeable and did the work to a high standard. It's not easy finding good people that you would trust to do things in your own home. I have no hesitation in recommending Gary and Hermitage Heating Solutions.
