We made the enquiry just before Xmas holiday and wanting the removal just after the new year break. He is one of the few who replied promptly. Despite I had so many questions, he always replied my email quickly with detail explanation.
They turned up on time and make sure everything we need is done before leaving. They are very careful with all the furniture we have. Although there are many turnings on stairs at the new house, they took good care of all our furniture and no damage to any of the walls at the new house.
They dismantled and re assembled all the bed frames, tables etc. which I am very satisfied about.
I cannot praise them enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
