We made the enquiry just before Xmas holiday and wanting the removal just after the new year break. He is one of the few who replied promptly. Despite I had so many questions, he always replied my email quickly with detail explanation.
They turned up on time and make sure everything we need is done before leaving. They are very careful with all the furniture we have. Although there are many turnings on stairs at the new house, they took good care of all our furniture and no damage to any of the walls at the new house.
They dismantled and re assembled all the bed frames, tables etc. which I am very satisfied about.
I cannot praise them enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am very glad to have taken up a friend’s recommendation of Happy to Help Van. It was easy to get an online quote, which l received within an hour of requesting, and, being reasonable for the job l required doing, l immediately employed the services of these great guys. Communication was excellent and the job was done punctually and professionally as per our agreement. I will definitely use the services of Happy to Help Van again whenever l next have large items of furniture to shift and can highly recommend them.
