Can’t thank these guys enough for the fantastic job they did on my back door at my old farmhouse. Very professional service, clean, friendly and extremely good at their job. Any time I need any doors or windows replaced, this company will be my first port of call. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone, very good, reliable, great prices and all staff extremely courteous. Thanks again guys, fantastic service all round.

Everything I required from ordering to fitting was done very professionally. I do have other work I will require to be done in future and I will definitely be using GR Windows again. I can’t recommend them more highly than that.

Recently had doors and 5 windows done and received great service. The weather was pretty terrible one day but the team soldiered on to get the work complete! Had a couple of issues which were quickly resolved. I Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GR windows to anyone. Very happy with the work and the team ????

I had 6 windows replaced in my flat.

The entire experience was terrible. The final product is terrible. Each time I open a window I regret using this company. The silicon is still dirty and the section between both windows still has residual leftover in it. The cracks are visible in the corners, overall it was a huge disappointment.

The company broke personal items, used my vacuum to clear up concrete, left the common stair in poor condition, left concrete in my carpet.... the list goes on.

I would not recommend this company.

I had a failed double glazed window unit replaced and the whole process was frankly exemplary. I was delighted with the product, the service & the price seemed reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.

Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant & helpful & communication was excellent throughout;
A survey visit was carried out promptly & the quote was with me the same day;
Manufacture & delivery time seemed very reasonable & the old unit was removed & replaced very quickly & efficiently;
The installer left the new window glass sparkling & the worksite spotless;
Invoicing was clear & the price was as quoted.

The guys turned up when they said they would and were polite and personable. I’d definitely use GR Services again and have already recommended to friends.

I had two brand new sash and case windows replaced in my flat and one window refurbed. The work carried out by GR Services was excellent. Everything was done as planned, the finish is great and the guys were very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend and will use again.

Phoned for a quote about 4 weeks ago and a friendly guy arrived when they said he would. Got a very reasonable quote for replacing 4 large windows. I was pretty specific on when I needed them done due to other work being done in my flat and GR were able to meet the timescale
Guys arrived yesterday with the windows and promptly set about removing the old ones. I stayed in for an hour or so then left them too it. There were 3 of them and they were all lovely guys. Returned about an hour before they expected to finish checked everything was going ok and left them again to return just before they were tidying up to leave
The tidy everywhere and vacuumed up the dust

I had a new front door fitted. The advice given and the service provided was excellent. The door was fitted to a very high standard in only 3 hours. I would certainly recommend this company.

GR Window and Doors were fantastic to deal with, professional, competitively priced and were really quick to quote and install. There was a tiny hiccup during installation where the letterbox was damaged, but it was replaced by the following day with no fuss. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Excellent service, booked an appointment for the engineer to look at the job. He turned up on time and was able to do it there and then. Even helped fix another door which wasn't on our original job. Repairs were completed to a high standard and I was asked to check I was happy before the engineer left. Very reasonable prices too.

After receiving some vert high quotes form other companies i was lucky to be directed to G and R windows and doors by recommendation through a family member. Working from a tight budget and after some discussion with Graham, he told me that the best option would be to replace the large, 3 main DG window pains that had now condensation between the glass. This saved me hundreds of pounds. The work was completed today and done well. Very pleased. Many thanks Graham and his team. Great job done. The best advice and price from any of the companies i had quotes from.

Used GR Windows to externally and internally resealing all my windows ( not fitted by them) and from coming round to give a quote to finishing the job was excellent. Robert and Jack who did the work were friendly, professional, tidy and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

I used GR last year for window fitting and very pleased. Last week I had a problem with a tilt and turn window and they were back at the property th3 day I reported the problem. Very professional and ultra helpful.

They visited and spent time making a thorough assessment of the repair required to my patio doors and demonstrated the origins of the problem to me clearly before supplying an estimate, not knowing if they would actually get the work.
