I had two windows replaced and am very happy with the quality and the service. Wes and team were very helpful and responsive via email, clearly explaining the product and the installation process. It was also the best value I found after getting a few quotes. Very happy and would use again.

We used GR Windows and Doors to replace some windows along with a new back door.

I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were great and very professional throughout from initial conversation and approximate quote to measuring up for the actual quote and installation. One of our windows was particularly difficult and the installation wasn’t easy but they were able to install and ensured the house was left clean and tidy.

With so many door companies out there I didnt know who to choose. Live quite local and came across lots of positive reviews of GR window and door specialists. Got in touch with them, customer service has been great, quick to reply! They came out measured up and gave us a quote. Could not be more happy with the door. Was fitted speedily and looks great. I contacted this company on behalf of my elderly mother regarding a longstanding issue with two windows not opening. I received a very prompt response and an arrangement was made for a surveyor to attend to coincide with me being there which was extremely helpful. The surveyor arrived at the arranged time and assessed the issue. He offered to try and get the windows open there and then which my mother happily agreed to. He had the windows open in no time at all so the issue was resolved in the one visit. Replacement windows - very straightforward

I didn’t actually get work done as this company were so honest that, despite knowing it would potentially be an insurance claim for the work I needed done, they advised me that it was a very minor job and we could repair it ourselves easily. A large number of companies these days would be happy to give false info in order to get more money knowing it was potentially being paid by insurance company.

We have just had the windows replaced in two rooms and are really pleased with the work carried out. The workmen were very good and got the job done quicker than we expected and with little mess! we hope to get the remaining windows replaced next year and will be contacting them again.

What was thought to be a hinge change on one window turned into a challenge. This was accepted and completed.
Excellent service and will happily use again.

We had a new composite door fitted I visited the showroom and was given advice and tips from the owner, honest and not trying to upsell and given a catalogue to look through. Quote was a fair price and I was happy to go ahead, really pleased with the door and workmanship very neat, it definitely enhances the look of my property and I would use the company again when it comes to replacing windows too.
