Fixable Ltd specialise in offering a friendly and reliable handyman service at a very competitive price. We work with home owners, landlords/tenants, and commercial properties across Edinburgh and the Lothians, delivering an extremely high standard of property maintenance without the fuss.
We have a team of handymen who specialise in maintaining properties and carrying out a wide range of maintenance jobs. Whether it's a list of odd jobs such as replacing bath seals and changing light bulbs, or larger projects such as kitchen and bathroom fitting, we have the expertise and experience to deal with it. We focus on delivering a high quality of work at a competitive price whilst ensuring an excellent level of service. We had a range of small jobs needing done: a cat flap in the wall to be filled in, plastered and rendering done on the outside wall, a curtain pole put up with a reinforced backing board and refixing a wall panel that had loosened.
All the communication, quotes etc were well done and fairly priced.
Ian, who came to do the work was excellent and really helpful and polite. He came out beforehand to see what was needed and brought everything that was required with him on his return to do the work.
We were very pleased with all the work done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and call him back for any other jobs that come up. Great little company!

Really happy with the work done. Valuable suggestions about how to reduce expenditure and meet requirements (with constant downward movement in price on their initiative) without drop in quality. Guys came in, worked effectively, tidied up after them, were pleasant to have around.

Fixable erected a Keter box on our terrace and also took down a fire alarm in the study so that the old battery could be replaced.
Fixable were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They agreed a convenient time to do the work and kept to it. We were very pleased we had used them.

We used Fixable today for the first time-to fix curtain rails in a traditional Tollcross EH3 tenement. Each 3m window had its own peculiarities and challenges but Jim dealt with all of these expertly. He also cheerfully sorted other wee snaggy things in the flat. Would use and recommend Fixable each and every time.

Change of bathroom to Wet Room. Husband disabled and we were dreading getting it done. They were excellent, advice offered on best adaptation. Would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them. The guys were so helpful and polite.

We had Jim come round and replace all our internal door handles, and fix up the sealant round the bath for us. Whilst he was here he also sorted out the tilt/open door in our bedroom which we had not been able to use for an age. Jim was great to have around, very friendly, clean, and efficient. For the lack of a part for a shower screen door, he was unable to fix that there and then, but he helped me identify a part I needed, and then showed me how the part needed fitting so I could finish that off myself, which I managed to do. Really happy with Fixable from first contact to invoicing. I would highly recommend them and would use them again should I have a need. Thanks all.

Steven from Fixable has carried out 2 items of work in my kitchen. The 2nd one needed a clever solution to fix a cracked granite worktop. Steven is full of useful ideas and a great workman. I would definitely contact Fixable for small jobs requiring a professional finish!

We have used Fixable several times now for smaller jobs such as re-sealing our shower, hanging mirrors, large pictures, and most recently a wall-mounted cat bed and steps for our spoilt moggie. They are always quick and efficient to respond, punctual, super friendly and have done a great job each time, finding a good solution even where the job wasn't straightforward. I've been recommending Fixable to all my friends.

The work I had done was to replace a ceiling in a bathroom and fit an extraction fan, put skirting panels in, dismantle an existing light and replace with a new one and change several sockets in my kitchen. From my initial enquiry by phone to the work done I can’t fault them. Very reliable and professional and all at a reasonable price. Workman arrived on time and was considerate, helpful, cheerful and very tidy. The work done was to a high standard. I would certainly recommend this company if you want a perfect job done.

I had 3 small jobs that needed done and I wonder if they were too small for Fixable but they replied promptly advising they would be out in 2 days.
Very nice man came, discussed what I needed and completed jobs quickly, efficiently, leaving everything tidy and clean.
