We are trusted and reliable electricians who serve customers throughout the City of Edinburgh and the Lothians. We have extensive experience of residential and business electrical installations both large and small.
As an NICEIC approved contractor, we at Energize Electrical will always aim to put the high standards of the NICEIC into everything we do and always adhere to the highest levels of safety and perform the best quality of work possible for all our customers.
This means that our work is regularly assessed to ensure that it meets all the current regulations as well as the industry standards. It also gives our customers, reassurance and guarantees that if for any reason work does not meet the correct standard it will be corrected under the terms of the scheme.

They turned up when they said they would for both the estimate and the work.

We had an electric car charger fitted which isn't the easiest of processes due to the various grants available and different types of charger. Neil was excellent at explaining every step of the process to us and gave helpful recommendations which ensured that the purchase and installations was hassle-free. I'd definitely recommend Neil and the team!

We have just had an Andersen EV charger installed by Energize Electrical. The whole process was slick and rapid, very happy with the result, workmanship and communications.
With the EST grants just about to expire, Neil and the team were super helpful, clear and timely in their communications, so that we could benefit from the grant.
The install by Campbell and Jordon was swift, neat and professional.

We had a number of power sockets moved, light switches re positioned and some lighting changed. The service was great, Campbell and Jordan did a great job, were really easy to communicate with and turned up exactly when they said they would. I felt the work was good value for money and I have already been recommending Energise Electrical to some colleagues.

After being let down and messed around with another installer.
I had a Hypervolt EV Charger installed and it was complete to the highest standards. Site survey and installation all complete as per discussion during quotation stage.
Communication before, during and after the installation was excellent throughout. Would highly recommend.

I had 3 smoke alarms, a heat alarm and a CO detector installed to comply with new regulations.
I received excellent service from start to finish with good communication. Campbell was punctual and he carried out the work in a friendly and helpful manner. I’m very satisfied with the work and would definitely use them again.

I had smoke, CO2 & heat alarms installed as per the new Scot Gov advice. They provided the best of 3 quotes & were able to arrange a time really quickly to suit me. They provided the alarms & installed them in about half hour, no mess no hassle. I'll definitely use them again.

Requested a quote for new electrical radiators for our new bar in Edinburgh. They came out really fast and gave us an honest quote, then were able to get the job complete the following week.
