From start to finish, their team demonstrated effective communication, efficiency, and reliability. They were always available to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Neil and his team did a great job when we engaged with Energize Electrical to install our EV charger.

There was complexity with the job as the house was on a looped network and Neil provided great advice about how to ensure we could move things forward with SPN. Neil's communication and follow up was was spot on.

Campbell, Jordan and Ross carried out the work to a very high standard, neat, tidy and with minimal fuss, a great service.

Energize Electrical installed my EV charger a couple of months ago and when it stopped working after a recent power cut, they were quick to answer my messaging offering support.

I chatted with Neil who made himself available on a Sunday about what had happened and what I had tried to make it work, with no luck. Neil offered to send Campbell round the next day. Although everything up until the charger was fully functioning, it wasn't until Campbell took the cover off that the charger decided to work. Campbell was on the phone to the Tech Support at that point seeking advice. Turns out the charger had a bit of a wobble, as it had been working perfectly until that point.

Neil called not long after to check on how things were.

I'm always impressed with the care and time Neil and colleagues spend making sure they do a good job and their customer is satisfied, complete professionals from start to finish. They fully justify the 5 star ratings.

100% I would recommend this business to anyone and would contact them again if I'd need it. They have been extra nice from the beginning to the end, and a quick service as well -between me sending the enquiry and the final resolution it took less than a week. Absolutely delighted with the service!

Great service from the team at Energize, Neil was good enough to clue me up on general charging knowledge and right EV Charger to go for, the electricians on the job were great and clued up and the team was supportive with after sales enquiries. Much better going local than with a big impersonal national brand. Will go to and reccomend EE time and time again.

I cannot recommend this company enough. From the initial enquiry to the installation and follow up afterwards. They always kept me informed at each stage. Their response was very efficient from my initial contact. The electrician that installed my heating was Campbell, who was just fantastic. An extremely competent electrician with a very high level of knowledge and professionalism.

Very professional and responsive company. From site survey and planning to installation and aftersales support I could not fault the work they've done. The product itself is excellent, well designed and suits my house perfectly.

Replaced 3 outside lights with brighter ones to increase the security of the property. Also replaced the 50-year-old fuse board with a new one. While doing the work they discovered that some ceiling spotlights installed by another company previously had not been earthed so they are going to send a quote to fix that. Very reliable, professional and efficient service.

Excellent, quick and efficient in fitting an island hob extrator hood and repositioning a light fitting. Neil and his team were very professional throughout. Quickly undertook a personalised assessment of the work, provision of a quote through to completion the job. Ross did an excellent job. He arrived at the agreed time and quickly and expertly completed the job with minimal fuss and mess. The extractor hood I would definitely use Energise again and highly recommend them to others.

We had a charge point installed. From the start we had prompt and enthusiastic response from Neil. He is straight forward, knowledgeable and went out of his way to fit in with my clients needs. The whole job from start to finish went smoothly, with clear instructions as we progressed.

I contacted Energize Electrical after seeing their reviews on Trusted Trader and because I had just moved house and urgently needed some sockets fitted. I emailed them very early in the morning and heard back from Neil within an hour or two. Neil was very friendly and he arranged an appointment for me. Within a few days Ross, the electrician came out to fit the sockets. Ross was also very pleasant and my partner and I were both very happy with his work and how quickly he completed the job. I have to mention as well that he fixed a broken switch for us too and tidied up very well before he left. Overall, we were very grateful that they were able to fit us in at short notice as it alleviated a lot of stress during our move. Will definitely use Energize Electrical again and would definitely recommend.

We had an electric socket fitted for an electric powered car. We can truly say that this company exceeded our expectations in every area from keeping in touch at every aspect of the process, completing the job on time and leaving the area of work spotlessly clean. They were also excellent value for money. We will certainly use them again should we need any further electrical work in the house.

I needed an EV charger installed asap. I picked Energize as one of 3 companies to quote due to their high volume of excellent reviews. Having emailed in the evening I received a phone call at 07:45 (from Neil) the next day, to get the ball rolling. This speed, efficiency, strong communication and great customer care typified my experience of this company. I submited the photos required. The next morning, 8am, a survey was done followed by a quote. The quote seemed a bit high to me based on my online research. Another company quoted - install only 'to save me money' - and was more expensive. So I went back to Energize. Keen to make the right choice of charger I did a more research, selected a different make and asked Energize to requote - which they did immediately. However Neil also left a message to call him. When I did so he gave me the 'low-down' from an installer's standpoint on the widely used product I had asked for - it wasn't proving reliable. So I accepted his original quote. Initially fitting was quoted as 2-3 weeks, however I mentioned on the off-chance that EV delivery was due within 1 week. I was bowled over when they offered to install in that time frame. The installer, Ross, was careful, tidy, efficient, friendly and helpful in terms of siting and cable route. He also cleaned up carefully afterwards. So within the space of just over a week the whole thing was done - a great result, and I am confident I also have received a great product which functions well, looks the part and is clearly built to last. Thank you Neil, Campbell, Ross. Most impressed.

Energize Electrical installed an EV charger for us. Campbell visited first to help us work out what needed to be done, and then Ross came to do the actual work. Both were very professional and helpful, and Ross left the house very clean and tidy once he'd finished. I'm very happy with the work done, and would happily recommend EE.
