We had a water damaged ceiling in a utility room which we thought was caused by the MEV extraction unit. Campbell arranged for the joiner Bryan and his team to cut out a portion of the ceiling to assess where water damage was coming from. Bryan did a brilliant job,very clean and tidy opening the ceiling. It turned out the damage was coming from a different source which had now dried. Campbell asked if we still wanted to replace the noisy MEV unit as it was not causing the issue. We advised we wanted it replaced and Campbell sourced and fitted a new unit. It was a very tricky job as the space between the joists was very limited but the new unit was fitted and works perfectly(so quiet we do not know it is on.) Bryan and Bob then returned and fitted a new removable opening with which we are delighted. Overall great communication between the client, the electrician and the joiner and you are left with a very happy customer.

Neil and his team came to my attention from Tesla website when I was seeking professional electricians to install a Tesla home charger. From the start until installation, Neil and his team were very good in every aspect of communication, reliability and they Wu confidence inspiring with their knowledge and experience. They took time to listen to my questions and concerns over the options for cable routing through the house and installation point. I did not feel pressured at any time, and they went out of their way to return to my home again with an extra trip for them, just so I can repeat our initial discussion about the options again. I felt I was in good trustworthy hands. It was also very helpful that I did not need to look further, already knowing that they had also done a fantastic job installing a home charger at our friends place recently. Their quote seemed very fair and when the day for installation came, Ross the engineer was very professional, skilful and did an exceedingly good job. It has been more than a week since and we are enjoying using the home charger. I will highly recommend Energize Electrical.

I have used Energize Electrical services to install Tesla gen 3 EV charger ar my property. Process was very smooth starting from quotation enquiry, completing their online installation survey, site visit for installation cost assessment and final day of EV installation. Neil was very organized and communicated effectively through out. The onsite installation team (both Campbell and Ross) did an amazing job. My special thanks and gratitude goes to Campbell for making a complex installation so simple and convincing me to install at a better location. Found Energize Electrical from Tesla website. Requested for a quote online for Tesla wall charger installation. Very impressed that I got call from Neil within few hours. From there on, Neil proved his expertise by transparent communication and quick response to requests. Found this company on a Google search while looking for a qualified electrician to install my cooker. This company and team are a hidden gem in Edinburgh. Their customer service was a very high standard. Professional from first contact to job completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable service.

Energize Electrical cored a hole in the kitchen wall to vent out my existing cooker hood, fitted the required ducting and exterior grill. My experience with them was 5 stars from start to finish. I made an enquiry on their website one evening and the next day (yes the very next day) I received a call from Neil first thing in the morning saying they had received my enquiry and would like to come and have a look at the job! Neil was enthusiastic about getting the job done, which was a pleasant surprise as some tradespersons respond to enquiries in the most apathetic way that you sometimes feel like you’re bothering them. First impressions definitely count. We agreed a date and time and on the day Ross attended to have a look at the job. Ross was polite and courteous, putting covers on his shoes as he entered my home. I initially thought I’d have to replace the entire existing cooker hood but was pleased to hear from Ross that the current hood would be sufficient. I had some concerns about where the exterior grill would go but Ross and Neil were able to allay those concerns. Throughout the entire process I was able to contact Neil easily via telephone and he responded to emails promptly.

We arranged a day for the job and I got a friendly text reminder the day before the job. On the day, Ross and Campbell attended and they were very professional. They were focused on getting the job done and efficient with their time. They worked constantly and there were no chats about what they got up to the weekend before, no shouting and no offensive language thrown about. They could see I was working from home and gave me a heads up when the drill was about to get used, and kept me updated on their progress. They asked before using things, and checked it was okay to leave bits of their equipment in certain places whilst they worked. The job was completed in about 2 hours and they tidied up after. Venting out the hood has been like night and day and I am so pleased with the work. I highly recommend Energize Electrical. Other companies told me they could only fit the ducting and I would have to get another tradesperson to core the hole or vice versa. Energize Electrical sorted it all themselves. Other companies gave me remote quotes but Energize Electrical attended my property and assessed the job before providing any quote. 5 star company for sure!

Tesla wall charger was fitted. Amazing service from the moment I sent a request asking for a quote. I received a call straight away and told what time someone would arrive to survey. After a quote came through which again was electronically and quick, I accepted and a date was booked in to fit. Exactly to the time and date booked the wall charger was fitted.
It’s hard to find a company that returns calls and then turns up when they say they would but Energize Electrical did and fitted it neatly with no mess. Very pleased.

Neil, Campbell and Ross were amazing and extremely professional in getting my Simpson & Partner's EV charger installed. Throughout my experience, they were very responsive, great communication and informative on any of my questions and hesitations. The process had no faults and I would highly recommend Energize Electrical and Simpson & Partner's EV charger since it's very minimal and small.

Found Energize Electricals on here and sent them and text and got a response instantly. They were super quick on coming out to quote the following day and Campbell the lead electrician was very professional knew exactly what was needed and wanted as we were getting a full rewire of our new house. Neil in the office got the quote over to us within a day and they got started on the work within the week as they knew we needed it done quickly. All very reasonably priced and done to a high standard we are chuffed with the work that has been carried out and will definitely use again in the future for any other electrical needs.
