This was our second time using Edinburgh Ideal Removals. Punctual, reliable and able to deal with snags as they arise. Professional and safety conscious. Knowing that Chris is doing the removals takes a lot of the stress out of moving.

Chris was great, very friendly, reliable and flexible.

Just wanting to put a post on for Chris, Kyle and Jack from Edinburgh Ideal Removals last Friday. To say that they were all amazing is an understatement, the professionalism, courtesy and respect they showed us and our items was 1st class. Nothing was a problem either, be it small, large light or heavy they just did it. They even came back out on Saturday to plumb in our washing machine with no extra cost. So please if you are thinking of hiring a removal company we would suggest you do not look past this company. If anyone is moving home we cannot recommend these guys enough. We used them last Friday. Chris was so easy to work with, giving us a great price, and the standard of service was worth double the price!
They turned up early, van loaded super fast, and nothing was a hassle. Chris, Kyle & Jack were such hard workers and didn't leave until the job was finished and we were completely satisfied. Even returning the following day to help us plumb the washing machine in. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Chris and co cleared our office back in July 2020 - transported a huge number of boxes of old files to an archive storage centre. The boxes were dropped off at the storage company without any need for anyone from the office to attend - which saved us time. Really appreciate the excellent work - we would definitely use their services again.

I have called Edinburgh Ideal Removals twice to come and help me moving house in July 2018 and January 2020. Both occasions I met professional, friendly and flexible approach. I like getting involved by helping while moving, but that didn't annoy them either. :) Chris and Kyle have both gone above and beyond, their van is huge, clean and organised. They always charge for the job adequately.
A plus, they are super careful. Thank you guys and looking forward to work with you again at some point in the future.

Absolutely spot on service. Honestly couldn't have asked for better. The guys protected all our item from mattresses and drawers. They went over and above what was needed from them. Will definitely use them again.
