One of the most stressful experiences of your life is not a cliché, moving house was awful on so many levels. However the silver lining was definitely Ideal Removals.
Chris and Peter were amazing. Calm, friendly and measured everything went so efficiently and smoothly. It was precisely what we needed and more. They evidently have years and years of experience, nothing was a problem or a challenge and all furniture was moved so exceptionally carefully.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and we have used them again ourselves to help with some storage items.

Good experience with this company. Guys were on time, move went off without a problem, price was reasonable and included dismantle and reassembly of some furniture if required. Would recommend.

Chris and his guys provided us with a great service on what proved to be a difficult move. Solicitors ‘dragging their heels’, resulted in our sale and purchase not proceeding on the day. Chris managed to juggle bookings to enable them to hold onto our belongings in the truck (in his secure yard) overnight and moved us in on the following day. Their cheerful and accommodating service made what was otherwise a very stressful couple of days a whole lot more bearable. Great job at a reasonable price. I would very much recommend.

The experience was easy and seamless, they helped us to move all our furniture and belongings from a third-floor flat to our new house, taking good care of everything along the way. I had a large treadmill and a 3-seater sofa removed. Chris came on his own but managed both with ease. He is a friendly, professional chap and I would definitely call him again if I had anything else I needed removed.

I instructed Edinburgh Ideal Removals to attend at my home to pack the contents of my kitchen so that these items could be delivered to a storage facility in Edinburgh in readiness for a kitchen refurbishment project.

Chris arrived at my home on time. He attended to the packing of all of my items in a thorough and diligent manner. He loaded these items on to his removal van and unloaded them efficiently and carefully when we arrived at the storage facility.

Hired to move a lot of items from storage to new home at an excellent price. Very professional service, and took great care of all items, whether fragile or not. Very friendly, helpful, and positive attitude. Definitely recommend and will certainly use in the future when needed.

Chris done a great job. Only slight issue was he underestimated the goods being moved. I agreed to pay more as I don't think he fully understood what was in the attic.
I must have had one of the worst house moves possible but he done all in his powers to help.

Hopefully not using him again as this is my final resting place.

Thanks to Chris ans his crew for the amazing job. We moved from Edinburgh to Aberdeen and he agreed to do the job even tho we gave him a very short notice. Punctual and reliable. We can't thank you enough. All our belongings are now been dropped in our new home in Aberdeen after they were in storage for over a week.
