Excellent craftsmanship, service, and communication - we couldn't be more delighted with our hand-made, double-glazed sash windows. The world is a warmer, quieter place and they look beautiful. Many thanks to joiners Dougie and Chris, and painter Shaun for expert work, and leaving everything so clean.

We were also invited to visit the workshop beforehand to see the windows being made, which was fascinating

Eco sash and case fully restored several large, old and damaged sash and case windows for us and repainted them outside and in.

They were not the cheapest quote we received but we went with Eco Sash & Case as we were impressed with their enthusiasm and professionalism. From start to finish we found them responsive and easy to deal with and searching for solutions.

We were having all our windows refurbished, double glazed and painted which we knew could be a disruptive and elongated process. The Eco Sash & Case team did their best to project manage the process so we were clear stage by stage what was happening and the team adhered to the agreed timetable. We found the individual tradesman on site to be friendly, polite and very willing to find creative solutions. The co-ordination between the refurbishment and the painting was superb and the final result impressive.

Understandably due to the age of the windows there was some additional work but we felt their costs for this were very reasonable. We were meticulous in identifying snags (mainly minor) which Eco Sash & Case dealt with quickly and without any rancour.

Overall we are extremely happy with the job done and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Great new wooden sash and case windows. There were a few unforseen delays but all handled well. Our fully functioning shutters were slightly damaged but these were fixed with a few other snagging jobs. Very happy with the decorators too. All the workers were polite.

Communication with the Office Manager was timely and concise, with queries by both sides resolved at the outset to ensure expectations were managed. The restoration team were professional, polite and courteous, as well as being respectful of the property’s content. The quality of work undertaken was in aggregate high and where an issue was identified, the matter was satisfactorily resolved in a timely way. The decorating team that came in once the windows had been re-installed was skilled, courteous and professional. The culmination of which resulted in satisfied customers who would be happy to recommend ESC to others looking to undertake similar work.

We ordered windows from Eco Sash and Case, they carried out the survey at the date and time arranged, provided us with a extremely competitive quote, which we accepted, the new windows have been fabricated and glazed within two weeks of acceptance.

The service has been excellent, as are the windows.

Eco and Sash recently re-did all the windows in our house. They were previously a mix of PVC styles but we changed them out to be wood sash and cash for all. Lindsay in the office was great at keeping in touch and letting us know dates/times. A team member also came round more than once to double check measurements etc before starting. To make things easier, we stayed out of the house during the day but the team were always there very early to start and made sure the house was tidy at the end of each day. All windows were left water tight overnight. We then had to wait for them to settle before they could be painted. Again, the team arrived very early, made sure we knew what they had planned and kept things very tidy. I would definitely recommend the Eco and Sash team.

The work was carried out quickly and professionally, they saved us having to replace the windows. They also arrived at the arranged time each morning, a huge plus.
