Paul was very reliable in communication & timekeeping.
His initial visit was to assess my new flat & deal with multiple chirping smoke alarms!
He returned to install new sockets, and new smoke alarms.
We have a further visit scheduled, now that I have moved in, to change all my ceiling light pendants.
And he arranges cover while he is on holiday! His colleague came, out of hours, last week when my oven refused to work.
I have no hesitation in recommending East West Electrical, and will be using them again.

The electrician was professional, friendly, helpful and prompt in contacting me after I phoned to enquire about some electrical work we needed doing that week. He couldn't answer the call but texted me a short time after I phoned to say he would phone back asap. I didn't have to wait long, and he arranged to come within a couple of days. He turned up when he said he would and got on with the job. I have no complaints and would use East West Electrical again.

Got in contact with East West Electrical after not hearing back from anither electrician. Responded quickly with quote for work and were able to come at a time that suited me. Fast and efficient service. Will definitely use again if need anymore work done.

Delighted with the work done by Paul. He fitted new lights to my living room ceiling but being the awkward customer that I was, I wanted one of the lights re-positioned ever so slightly. Paul had to cut through the ceiling in order to do so and did a brilliant job. Clean, quick and efficient. Whilst he was there, I asked him to fix a rubbish job made by another "Electrician" (fixing a squint wall socket). Paul is a nice / friendly guy. So much so I recommended him to my mum to fit her lights too.

Door entry system installed - from first phone call requesting quote to installing system East West Electrical were prompt and professional. Andy is very experienced in this type of installation. He explained everything as he progressed with the installation and at the end of each day he left our stair and flats clean and tidy. Extremely friendly and trustworthy.
