Chairlift fitted for my mother. Tricky staircase but Dolphin made the whole process easy. No drilling required to walls is a bonus. Whole process was explained and thorough measurements taken - stair lift then fitted perfectly. One or two initial electrical glitches - all solved quickly. Stairlift has worked without fault since then. It's been a life changer and everyone at Dolphin has been helpful and supportive

I had a stair lift installed in my terraced house. It was a tricky staircase with steep treads and a curve and Dolphin explained how they take measurements and set up a CAD (Computer Aided Design) to fit each staircase uniquely. The fittings are all installed into the stair so there is no damage to the walls. The installation went well - took less than a day and was straightforward. The stairlift was a soft colour that blended in well and it folds up against the wall so isn't obtrusive.
Initially I had some problems when the stairlift wouldn't start but Dolphin's response was quick and effective. The 'fix' required fitting a major new component which was all done under warranty and I have had no problems at all since then. Dolphin are approachable and responsive. My stair lift has changed my life. I didn't realise just how much easier it would be for me and I wouldn't now be without it. I'm moving soon to a bungalow and it is an easy job to remove the stairlift. Dolphin provided constructive, approachable support for me and my family while I adjusted to needing more support. Having a local service is a blessing as they respond very quickly. I recommend Dolphin to anyone looking to invest in this life changing option.
