Daltons Demolitions Limited was formed in 1964 and has grown to become one of Scotland's leading demolition companies.
Daltons Demolitions provide a complete demolition service across Scotland. Our fully trained workforce and modern specialised machinery and equipment mean that we always provide a quality service which has earned us an excellent reputation amongst our customers.
Our extensive expertise means that we are able to demolish and clear buildings while ensuring that we are always fully compliant with the latest demolition industry regulations. We can undertake all sizes of jobs, from Demolition and Dismantling to Soft Strip. Our portfolio of satisfied clients ranges from small private companies to the local emergency services.

New Additions to our Fleet of Machines
Footage of our recent project for Forth Ports at Rosyth Ferry Terminal. The project comprised the demolition of a reinforced concrete HGV access ramp, followed on by the dismantling, preparation and crane lifting of the associated upper ramp sections and supports. The 3No main lifts carried out included a 24T raising upper ramp, 85T upper main bridge section (by tandem lift) and a 62T portal support frame.

We used Daltons Demolition ltd for a tricky concrete tank demolition with several awkward & potentially hazardous aspects to it.
They brought in the equipment and experience to the job, really making it a non-event, de-risking it from our perspective, leaving the site tidy with materials ready for uplift. I would trust them to do this on our behalf in the future.

Daltons Demolitions Ltd cleared two poultry sheds and an outbuilding at my late father's property near Auchtermuchty in January 2022. James kept me informed throughout the process and he ensured all the relevant documentation was prepared and presented to Fife Council. The team on site were always very approachable and happy to provide updates on the progress that they were making. The job involved the safe removal and disposal of asbestos sheeting and I was pleased to be working with a professional business who would ensure all rules and regulations were complied with. In summary, really pleased with the demolition and clearance and the follow-up from James in terms of making sure all relevant documentation was completed and submitted with copies to myself. Thanks to all at Daltons.

I have worked with Daltons on a few stores recently where they have been involved in the demolition of existing buildings prior to our new works starting. These works included protecting and working around a mobile phone mast, removal of asbestos, and hydro carbons from site, and in this regard I found them to be very knowledgeable, compliant with all H&S related matters, and able to work within our programme constraints. I will have the pleasure of working with them again.

Turned up when agreed to turn up. Carried out all works in a safe and professional manner, Rams all in place for review prior to commencement . They were courteous to my neighbours and adjacent properties. Tidied up upon completion. Can't really ask for much more to be honest. Will certainly use again and happily recommend.
