DS Joinery

There was a bit of a delay in Darren getting to us as he was busy with other work but once he got here we were delighted with his work. He fitted new skirtings and door facings in our hall, hung 3 new doors and boxed in our power meters and a pipe. Our flat is really old and any work usually presents a challenge but Darren didn't seem fazed by this. He talked us through any issues and asked for decisions where necessary. Other than than, he just got on with it and worked steadily til the work was complete. He was friendly and chatty and worked flexibly around our young children, clearing up as he went along. Our hall is transformed and we wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

Came out when he said he would. Completed the job quickly and to an excellent standard. Would definitely use again.

Darren was very friendly and professional in his approach. Had a couple of small-ish jobs to do round the flat including building a corner cupboard around a new boiler and lining and putting shelves in the old boiler cupboard. Quote was very reasonable and fitted the job in on a Saturday so that I wasn't waiting too long. The job also took longer than he expected and he stayed late to finish. I Was very happy with the end result as well.

DS joinery helped me renovate my flat last year. They done all the joinery work. A wall was moved, kitchen fitted, flooring and doors.
Darren is very easy to talk to. He went through all the plans with me and contacted me with regular updates or changes.

An emergency with a water tank meant I needed the loft hatch enlarged to allow access, and then refit afterward. Darren was willing to come out at short notice and completed the job with minimal disruption to us. He was polite, turned up when he said he would, completed the job properly and left the work area tidier than when he arrived. I would have no hesitation in having him for any future work and would definitely recommend him to friends.

We employed Darren to put in shelving and flooring in our cellar and to sort out some squeaky floorboards.

We'd highly recommend his services. He did a really neat job creating the shelving for an awkward space. He let us know exactly when he was coming, worked really efficiently, he's pleasant to have around and he tidied up after himself. We'll definitely be asking him to do any further joinery work that comes up.

We used DS Joinery for our bathroom upgrade and we can’t recommend Darren highly enough. Darren was first class in carrying out all joinery work in our upgrade and very approachable for the extra work we added. The finish off the work was excellent and to the point we have had DS Joinery back to install a new wooden Ramsey Ladder & hatch to attic.
