I had a new shower fitted. Initial email was answered immediately with a quote and potential start date. Quote given was same as final bill, plumber was fantastic, arrived on date stated and was efficient, explanatory, polite, tidy and could not have been more helpful or patient.

Have used Cullens before and would highly recommend them. Honest, reliable service from all.

Replacement of kitchen sink tap, repair to toilet cistern not functioning well. A good initial phone contact with helpful advice offered to me. Work was done on 2 different days as work needed on tap job day, to know what parts plumber should order for the cistern work.

I was happy with the early dates offered, plumber showed up as planned, work was completed as planned and plumber tidied up well after each job.

Good, prompt communication from this family company. I would use them again if I have future work and would recommend them to others.

After previously using this company for a small job, I was happy to contact them again when I discovered a small leak under the kitchen sink, which they dealt with promptly. Now six weeks later, we have discovered a water leak in the same area that was fixed by the plumber. On phoning we were told it would be a week before they could come out to fix it as they were busy.! And "you can't expect us to drop everything for you" - not the attitude to take if the leak is in the same place you worked on 6 weeks ago. And "put a bucket under it" - for a week - so we have to cross our fingers that we don't flood the downstairs neighbours in the mean time? Very poor customer service. Personally, as a professional, I would want to check the issue in case it was anything to do with the initial work. Any problems I have had with other plumbers, they have been quicker to respond and had a better customer attitude. Such a shame

Excellent customer service and the actual plumbing work was done so well, by a very cheerful member of this family business. Spotting another small issue, he kindly offered his time to make amendments for us. We have Cullen for our boiler care and would certainly be happy to use them for all plumbing issues.

Cullen Plumbing installed a new combi boiler for us. They were reliable, efficient, trustworthy and priced at a very reasonable level. Will only contact them in future. Overall amazing service.

We had a leak from the drain in our bath, and Cullen Plumbing got someone out to us within an hour. The engineer was friendly and helpful, and had the issue sorted quickly, even though he had to go out to get a new part. It was all sorted in a little over an hour.

We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any plumbing issues.

Had a leak in pipes underneath floorboards. Cullen were able to send someone with a day, and resolved all the problems within two hours. The plumber was very professional, quick and explained clearly what was needed.

I am definitively impressed and will be my goto plumber from now on.

I contacted Cullen Plumbing & Heating to fit a new kitchen sink and tap, to move my washing machine to a different place and install a dishwasher. During the initial consultation, I was looking for advice on how best to find a space in my kitchen to fit a dishwasher and was very happy with the advice I was given, it was clear to me that the advice was given based on what would work best for me and my family and not what could potentially drive the largest quote/invoice. The work was completed on time and to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the final result. It's been over a month now and everything is working exactly as expected. The employee that did the fitting was very polite and considerate and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Cullen Plumbing provided great customer service. They came out to check the job and provide a quote very quickly and despite being busy were able to deal with problem within a reasonable time. I received numerous quotes from different companies and Cullen Plumbing were the most reasonable. We needed an old waste pipe to be removed from the external wall and the hole to be filled. The workmen was very professional and he was also the cleanest work man I've ever met! Something went wrong with the pipe whilst trying to fix the issue which added extra work and time on for him but he kept us informed and made sure the job was completed correctly and to a good standard. Very impressed with this company and will be recommending them to our family and friends

We had a very quick response to our email offering us an appointment within 24 hours. We were then delighted to get a cancellation and we had a plumber arrive the same day. Graham was very professional and fixed all the jobs on the list: adjusted valve on leaking toilet, adjusted thermostatic valve on shower, adjusted waste run from ensuite toilet, reasealed shower tray.

Everything was left spotless after he was finished. The price was also very reasonable.

Excellent. Very happy. Not only was the leak identified & fixed but two other issues (loose toilet seat & slow draining bathroom sink) were fixed too.

Lots of minor work - radiator leaks and fitting new kitchen tap. No matter it was a small job, everything explained and great attention to detail. Had to call out as an emergency later in the same day with a totally unrelated leaking radiator pipe below the floor. Prompt and efficient service. Would recommend the team to anyone!

As well as a hot outside tap installed connected to the kitchen.

And a magnetic trap fitted to the boiler to ensure longevity.

Staff member Grant has always been courteous and polite and takes the time to explain the works required and what has been carried out.

Work areas have always been left clean afterwards which is important to me.

They can be busy though so ensure you book ahead.
