We had Kelvin and his team round to install a smart thermostat, digital TRV, new bath taps (x2) and review our water pressure. We could not be happier with the work. Kelvin is friendly and hard working and completely honest and transparent about the work being undertaken. They were respectful of our new house and did their best to minimise disruptions to my wife who was working from home during the job. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Crowe Eco Heating carried out the annual service of our boiler. I have always found them to be efficient and tidy workers who always deliver a quality service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Original double radiator was removed & new vertical radiator installed but on different wall...Kelvin advised, quoted and then completed above work over 2 x visits with a minimum of fuss and time.

We have had various work carried out by Kelvin and his team over the last 10 years. This has included the installation of a new bathroom, bathroom refurbishment (different house) , the installation of a new boiler and yearly boiler maintenance. We have found Kelvin and his staff to be very efficient, friendly and professional with the work carried out to a high standard. And very fair pricing.

Kelvin and his team completed a complete bathroom renovation for me and to say that I was delighted with the outcome is an understatement! High level of professionalism and quality of work. At all stages during the work, communication was great and after care services was excellent too.

Installed new combi gas boiler. The installation was completed in one day. It was clear that the team were working very hard and kept us informed of each stage in the process. Any additional issues were dealt with effectively. For instance some of the pipes in our house were old and to ensure that there were no leaks they were replaced. When the work was done we were given detailed information on how the system would work and if there were any issues the team would come back and resolve.
In summary the work was done effectively, efficiently, within the estimate, and the team were very helpful.

Kelvin and his crew are a rare find in the world of trades people! They communicate, they turn up when they say they will and they fix things. They worked on our kitchen renovation and were brilliant throughout. They're incredibly busy so it can be tricky to get them on short notice, but they will find a time and it's worth the wait for someone completely reliable and trustworthy. I totally recommend them!

After years of unsatisfactory experience with British Gas, I cancelled my contract with them and had my boiler serviced by Crowe Plumbing and heating last year. They also carried out some recommended maintenance work. Everything was done efficiently and punctually by a very pleasant engineer. I asked them to remind me when my service was due again this year, which they did, and once again turned up on time (actually a bit early, which was fine) and very efficiently checked and serviced the boiler. I also got a very useful tip to extend the lifetime of my boiler. The firm is a real pleasure to deal with and everyone I've had contact with could not have been more helpful. Same time next year!

Reliable, on-time and good communications / timely invoicing. This is the second year I have used them, good, honest, local company. Liked the reminder to have boiler checked, I would have forgotten.
