Craft Worx draught-proofed and renovated one sash and case window, replaced a cracked pane of glass in another window and re-weighted a third window. All of the work was done to a high standard and we were very happy with what they did.

Richard and Ross arrived promptly each day and were polite, friendly and incredibly tidy. Everything they were doing was explained to us in advance so we were able to prepare the appropriate areas for them.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

We had a number of windows double glazed and the remainder had draught proofing added. We live in a listed building, so special slim-line double glazing was required. The company were exceptionally helpful completing the Listed Building Consent form, and meeting with the Council representative allocated to our case.
There was some delay before the project started, as Richard is very busy. The project overran a little, but that was because Richard wanted everything done perfectly.
The house was always left tidy. The workmen were polite, quiet and utterly trustworthy.
It was an expensive job, but it was done well. We are delighted with the results.

Return visit after a year at no charge to free one very heavy awkward window which had become very stiff.
