Quickly diagnosed an issue with the control board on my boiler and was quickly booked in to have a replacement fitted.

The bathroom was converted to a shower room. It all went smoothly. The tradesmen were very pleasant and keen to do a good job. Any queries were dealt with quickly by an efficient office team. The whole project went smoothly and I am delighted with the result. I would certainly recommend this company.

Bathroom CGS were excellent great job don

New bathroom installed. Bath and over the bath shower, tiles and all fittings removed. Wet wall panels, shower cabinet, flooring, vanity unit, basin, toilet etc. all fitted. Reliable, fast communication and response with the office, all tradesmen were professional, skilled, punctual and very tidy.

CGS replaced a gas fire for my mother. The engineer arrived on time, having tipped us off by text, and fitted the fire without fuss and without mess.

My mother has very poor sight and sometimes finds knobs awkward. Although the model fitted was exactly the same as the old one, my mother struggled to get the feel of the ignition. The engineer noticed this and showed us a way round it. He had previously suggested a handle designed for people with arthritic hands, and I think it was a problem for CGS to source it, but he brought one along - not so successful, but we will hang on to it as it can be used with other appliances. We were very impressed by this extra help as we are not always aware of what is possible/available for people with disabilities

Corstorphine Gas Services team have just completed a full bathroom renovation. Results are amazing and the quality of work is outstanding! The CGS team are exceptionally skilled, very polite and considerate. You can tell the company culture is one of respect for team members and clients alike. They take care to understand your requirements and are agile in solving any minor issues throughout the project. The office team are fantastic with communication and project management of all the different trades. Highly recommended!

Fourth time using Corstorphine Gas Services, this time to supply and replace a gas boiler on 7 August. As always the administration was very friendly and efficient with speedy response to all emails. Stevie and Tony did a great job in installing the boiler and re-routed some piping to make it all look a lot tidier, very efficient and friendly. Boiler working perfectly and will certainly continue to use them in the future.

Corstorphine Gas Services removed a gas fire place and arranged the repair to the wall. We were really impressed with how responsive the team were with arranging the job and any questions we had, the friendliness of the team carrying out the work, and the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend and would use again!

The guys at Corstorphine Gas Services Ltd. could not have been more professional and helpful. Lauren and Carly in the office were very helpful and organised for an engineer to come to my house and assess my broken boiler. I decided to have it replaced as the price seemed reasonable to me.

Shortly afterwards, Nathan, Tony and Mike arrived to fit the new boiler. The guys were so polite, professional and very tidy! They also cleaned up after themselves!! :) :)

They took the time to explain how the new boiler and the Hive App works and ensured I was comfortable using it. I am delighted I decided to use CGS and I will definitly be recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Would recommend company and this the third year i have used them.

After finding them so easy to use for a gas fire maintenance, we used corstorphine gas to get a boiler installed and our existing Rayburn relegated to a cooker only, plus a radiator installed to the room. It wasn’t the most straightforward of jobs but the team were great and prompt from quote to completion. Great communication and solid work. Would definitely recommend.

2nd time using CGS for our annual boiler service. The whole process from start to finish is so smooth I.e.Timely reminder received, easy to book, reminders received, engineer advised he was on his way and service conducted. All office staff and engineer really helpful and courteous would definately recommend without hesitation.

We had a total bathroom refit and are so happy with the end result. The process went smoothly from start to finish and we were very impressed with how it all worked to the agreed timetable. The quality of work from all of the trades was excellent and each and every one of the guys was pleasant, polite and really helpful. Making everything smooth and as stress free as it can be.
Also want to comment of the communication from Lauren and Caley in the office, it really helps to build confidence in a company when the office staff are as 'on the ball' as they are here. I'll definitely be recommending CGS to others and be back in touch with any other work I get done.

We have used Corstorphine Gas a number of times over the last couple of years and would highly recommend them . Had our boiler replaced and now use their annual maintenance too. Also had two showers replaced recently (not fitted by CGS originally) and both times, on time, professional and reasonable pricing. My mother also had her bath replaced for a shower recently too and really can’t speak highly enough for the whole process from quote through to completion. Highly recommend.
