I moved into a new home and found that I am not familiar with the heating system. It was around Christmas time, and everybody was very busy. However, Corstorphine Gas immediately sent an engineer to check my heating system when they heard that I was out of heating and hot water.

I replaced the old system boiler with a combi boiler based on their recommendation. Although the replacement happened a bit late due to the holidays, Corstorphine Gas tried to get the job done ASAP. Very happy with the installation, no hesitate to recommend the service.

By the way, now I have removed the hot water tank and got more room for storage.

I used Corstorphine Gas Services for the 1st time recently after they were recommended to me. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!! The service received from start to finish was excellent and the Engineer (Ross) that came to do the work at my flat was superb.

I needed a new radiator at very short notice in between having a room decorated this did not caused a problem for CGS they came and took old radiator away one day and fitted the new one when decorator had finished his work which I appreciated as they were very busy. The service and communication from this company is excellent with Lauren keeping me informed all the time. The guys who came worked quickly and cleanly and did a great job so thank you once again . I have used them three or four times now and will certainly do so again.

Extremely pleased with the whole installation. Lewis is very professional and his installation team of Cammie and Nathan were polite, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Corstorphine Gas any time.

Boiler service - great service

Today was service to boiler.. very happy with everyone I have dealt with in the company.. very reliable

Ross was thorough and methodical in his work. He explained any questions and was friendly.

Replaced faulty inlet valve on cistern. Very prompt service, arrived on time and did a good job. Not the cheapest but I would definitely use again

Arranged a prompt boiler service. Received a text message morning of the visit to confirm the engineer was on route. The engineer was friendly and completed the task with no issues. Would definitely recommend and use again.

CGS came out to a boiler breakdown within 24 hours and resolved. They asked for photos and video of the fault so they brought the right part and resolved in one visit. Engineer - Jamie - was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Lauren kept us informed throughout. Outstanding service and highly recommend.

Lovely work. Was able to find my daughter’s tooth stuck in my bathroom tap. The company was very available as I book very last minute. The work was quick, very well done, clean and high quality.

I needed to have my boiler serviced and safety checked and a gas fireplace made safe, and this was done promptly and expertly by friendly and reliable staff. I am so pleased to have found a reliable gas servicing company who can attend within 24 hours of contact, as this was not the case with my previous big name supplier who had let me down on several occasions. Really happy with the service from the initial survey/quote to the actual fitting of the boiler. Everyone came when they said they would, and there is great communication at every stage from both engineers and admin. I really like their messaging system, including the engineer tracker so you know exactly when they're going to arrive. My biggest compliment, which it probably shouldn't be, was how clean they left the place afterwards. I'd given access to my flat in the morning as I had to work and when I went round in the evening, I wondered if they'd actually been at all. Even round about the boiler, there wasn't a bit of dust or dirt for me to clear - that to me shows a real pride in your work and complete consideration for your customers.

I had some plumbing work done and was so happy we asked for further services from Corstorphine Gas Services. They happily supplied the same plumber so that my elderly father would recognise him. Most impressed.

Annual service flawlessly executed.

We decided to replace our elderly boiler with a new regular boiler. We did some research prior to contacting any supplier so we would gain some insight into how are needs could be best met. We then invited Companies to provide a survey and quote. One Company absolutely stood out for their professionalism, knowledge and clear advice. A company that was not only prepared to offer boilers to suit but who advised us against having certain boilers fitted because they had experienced problems with them. Please note these boilers were manufactured by the same company so it was not a case of favouring one manufacturer over another. Within a few hours of the survey we had received a detailed quote. And a quote that compared very favourably to others. We agreed the quote set a date and on the day scheduled the 2 engineers Cammy & Nathan arrived, were briefed by Lewis who had conducted the survey and then completed the work in a professional, diligent and informative manner exhibiting care throughout. Upon completion they demonstrated controls to us. Lauren who manages the office has also been diligent and helpful in her communication helping us along the way. Our experience with Corstorphine Gas Services has been excellent. If like me you want to work with good reliable trustworthy businesses who deliver what they say they will then I wholly recommend them.
