Contract Heating have a proven track record that spans more than 20 years. In that time we have continued to provide landlords and tenants with a first class boiler repair and installation service.
We are Gas Safe Registered and our gas engineers are supported by a highly trained team of people based at our office in Edinburgh, the office staff ensure our customers jobs are managed and completed with the minimum of disruption to the customer.
We provide a range of services to landlords, property managers and private clients. The services we provide include:
PAT & Electrical Testing, Gas Safety Checks, Legionella Risk Assessment, Domestic Water System Periodic Inspection, Fire Alarm Maintenance, EICR, Fire Risk Assessment, Service Contracts, EPC's, boiler repair and installation, Gas Engineer Training, Landlord Gas Awareness Training.
Contract Heating are third party certified for each type of work we carry out. This ensures high standards as we are audited by each certification body - Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, BAFE and The Legionella Control Association. This means that you are in safe hands with us and can easily verify our competency.

I used Contract Heating to check and service my home gas boiler.
Their engineer arrived exactly within the timescale promised, was courteous and efficient, did everything necessary and was finished in no time at all. I know they have a lot of very large customer contracts, so I was reassured to find that no job is too small for them.
I will definitely be using Contract Heating again and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else.

Our old heating system was on "its last legs" so (without any recommendation) contacted Contract Heating to ask for their advice etc. The CH surveyor called round within a couple of days. He quickly assessed the problems with our existing system and with our suggestion and agreement we decided to proceed with obtaining a quote for a totally new heating system.
Within 2 days we had CH's quotation and after one or two questions from us we decided to go ahead with the new installation.
We did not regret this choice as all works were started within 2 weeks with the job itself completed in 4 days. The heating engineers were excellent, they worked hard new exactly what they were doing, were tidy workers and supplied us with a first class new Combi boiler along with new radiators.
We are more than pleased with the result.

Contract Heating have never let us down. When the central heating fails and you have no hot water a reliable service is vital and this company always provides this.
Moreover, unlike many of their competitors, they almost always have the parts required to finish the repair at the first visit.
We can not recommend them highly enough.
