Contract Heating have a proven track record that spans more than 20 years. In that time we have continued to provide landlords and tenants with a first class boiler repair and installation service.
We are Gas Safe Registered and our gas engineers are supported by a highly trained team of people based at our office in Edinburgh, the office staff ensure our customers jobs are managed and completed with the minimum of disruption to the customer.

Contract Heating are third party certified for each type of work we carry out. This ensures high standards as we are audited by each certification body - Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, BAFE and The Legionella Control Association. This means that you are in safe hands with us and can easily verify our competency.

We have domestic service and heating cover with Contract Heating.
Our son detected that boiler developed a minor fault whilst I was on holiday abroad.
From poolside I emailed Christine at Contract Heating via company web site (info email). She diaried an engineer visit, text communicated with my son.
Fault repaired within a day as I lay poolside having confidence fault was being dealt with.
How is that for service. First class and I recommend Contract Heating for servicing and heating cover.

Having had new radiators installed last December by another Trusted Traders-approved company, but with no discernible improvement to show for what was a major outlay, I felt I had to call in assistance from another company and selected Contract Heating. An inspired choice!
The highly-experienced engineer arrived on time and went about his work with professionalism and purpose. In under one hour, and using sophisticated equipment, he quickly diagnosed the underlying problems and recalibrated the system, such that all radiators are now operating impressively. And all at modest cost.
I won't hesitate to use this company again, and can recommend them without reservation.

Right from the start getting a quote for a new boiler to the installation of the boiler was seamless. The moment the engineers arrived to fit the boiler they were polite, efficient and very tidy. Too early to say anything about the new boiler only time will tell, but have no hesitation recommending Contract Heating Ltd

From first contacting Contract Heating right through to receiving the warranty for a new boiler which they installed - they have been exemplary. Polite, efficient, tidy, great back-up administration, helpful and the product is a good price too. When you finally find a plumbing / heating company like this, you stick with them. I called Contract Heating Ltd after being recommended to me by a friend. I have a combi boiler and wasnt getting any hot water from it! I was at work when i called and didn't have the correct make/model of boiler with me. This wasn't a problem Leanne gave me her email address to send the info to. A date and time were confirmed and an engineer came out and fixed the issue. I now have hot water.
I found this company to be Profesional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
I would definitely use their services again and would recommend to anyone needing work done.

Smoke alarms needed installation in my flat, complying with new regulations for rented properties, and also my shower needed replacement.
Ben carried out the work together with an apprentice and a plumber. They arrived punctually, communicated clearly and got all done very quickly.
Everything works and looks great - I'd expected unsightly wires/damage to ceiling plaster would be inevitable, but the guys did a terrific job and the paintwork remains intact, and also ensured that there are no unsightly gaps around the replacement shower unit, which is smaller than the old model.
In addition, they cleaned up after themselves, a major plus as there was drilling and a lot of dust.
I would unreservedly reccommend to anyone needing work done.

Had no heating/hot water. Have service contract so 'phoned Contract Heating. Engineer, who was polite and cheerful , arrived within the hour. Boiler repaired within 20 minutes and back working.
