Contract Heating have a proven track record that spans more than 20 years. In that time we have continued to provide landlords and tenants with a first class boiler repair and installation service.
We are Gas Safe Registered and our gas engineers are supported by a highly trained team of people based at our office in Edinburgh, the office staff ensure our customers jobs are managed and completed with the minimum of disruption to the customer.

PAT & Electrical Testing, Gas Safety Checks, Legionella Risk Assessment, Domestic Water System Periodic Inspection, Fire Alarm Maintenance, EICR, Fire Risk Assessment, Service Contracts, EPC's, boiler repair and installation, Gas Engineer Training, Landlord Gas Awareness Training.
Contract Heating are third party certified for each type of work we carry out. This ensures high standards as we are audited by each certification body - Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, BAFE and The Legionella Control Association. This means that you are in safe hands with us and can easily verify our competency.

Excellent service, managed to get us a quick appointment to have our boiler replaced at a reasonable price.
Alan and Liam carried out the work and they were polite, efficient and friendly and they did a brilliant job. They even fixed a floorboard in our loft while they were up there to help secure our loft ladder.
I’ve used contract heating for years and would continue to do so.

I have recently had a new combi boiler 5 radiators and a new gas cooker fitted by Contract Heating and can’t praise them enough. From Craig coming out to give me a quote, which I thought was a very fair price to the fitting of it went very smoothly. Chris and Ryan who came to install it were on time, professional, friendly and very efficient. A friend who popped in while they were there commented on how polite they were. They cleaned up after themselves in a very timely manner and cleaned up at the end. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and they took the warranties away to sort out and will send back to me.

I rang Contact Heating Ltd on a Friday and Chris came on the Tuesday morning . I cannot praise him highly enough. I had expected to have a new control fitted but Chris worked out what had gone wrong with my original one, spent time explaining clearly what had happened and what to do if the problem occurred again. He then serviced the boiler and checked all the radiators and again spend time explaining in simple terms how it all worked. I will definitely be using Contract Heating Ltd again.

Rob and Colin removed my old heating system and replaced it with a complete new combi system. They were a cheerful, hardworking couple of guys who took a lot of trouble to find suitable pipe runs in a difficult property. They even managed to lift and relay part of a laminate floor without a single piece damaged. A job very well done, guys. Thank you.
Also Craig and Lynsey in the office were so helpful and accommodating during the booking in process.
All in all Contract Heating are a great company to deal with and all the staff - both in the office and on site - always provide an excellent, efficient service at a fair price.

I had a gas boiler replaced by Contract Heating. Everything was done according to programme and with minimal fuss. The actual Engineer who carried out the work (Chris Alison) was most helpful and treated our home with respect - tidying up, locking up afterwards and generally being a credit to his company and the construction industry in general.

I just wanted to leave a short review to express my thanks for the recent work on my property. It was only a service and small repair of my boiler, but having never been able to find a reliable engineer it feels like a massive win and you will be my go-to company for all things gas and electric from now on! Customer service was first class and the booking, tracking and payment options were brilliant. Oh, and the price was pretty decent too! Keep doing what you're doing!

Having already used Contract Heating services before in my last house I had no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend this company.
I have just had an Ariston unvented water heater fitted, the engineers turned up on time and we're very polite nothing was too much trouble. They made sure covers were placed down and left the area tidy. The engineer / electrician worked well and once fitted explained clearly how the heater worked. Good value for money.

We live in a historic house, and when central heating was installed in 1988 the engineers used the wrong diameter of gas pipe. Contract Heating engineers were the first to identify this when they came to replace a valve in the boiler - no-one else had noticed. We therefore employed them to replace the gas pipe with one of the correct diameter. This was not easy, as the original pipework, crossed four rooms on its way from the gas meter to the boiler. Austin and Lewis at Contract Heating rerouted the gas pipe as discreetly as possible, and left the house clean and tidy afterwards, all within a day. An excellent job.

I have used Contract Heating for a number of years for emergency repairs and annual boiler servicing. During a service last Thursday 2 holes in the flue were found. CH sent round someone to give me a quote and measure the same day and then booked me in for Mon and Tue of this week! As usual every person I have talked to on the phone and in person were fantastic. The engineers are very tidy and clean-up after themselves so you wouldn't know they'd been here. The prices are very reasonable too. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been a Contract Heating customer for some time now and got a new Ariston boiler installed after a house move.
The standard of service and assistance was quite exceptional as there were a few issues to resolve and that was done very very well.
The Engineers are all good guys and are very patient and skilful.

Really pleased with the boiler installation at my flat which was planned thoughtfully so that I wasn’t actually without hot water at the times I was home. When I did get home everything was as I had left it and they’d obviously taken care to keep it as clean and tidy as possible and it certainly exceeded my expectations. A friend also passed comment that the layout of the pipework was also thoughtful and well done. It is evident that the installations team really take pride in their work - what more could you ask for? Thanks again guys.
