Contract Heating have a proven track record that spans more than 20 years. In that time we have continued to provide landlords and tenants with a first class boiler repair and installation service.
We are Gas Safe Registered and our gas engineers are supported by a highly trained team of people based at our office in Edinburgh, the office staff ensure our customers jobs are managed and completed with the minimum of disruption to the customer.

Contract Heating are third party certified for each type of work we carry out. This ensures high standards as we are audited by each certification body - Gas Safe Register, NICEIC, BAFE and The Legionella Control Association. This means that you are in safe hands with us and can easily verify our competency.

My mum's boiler packed up and a wonderful employee called Lockie came today sorted the boiler waited till heating came on and made sure my mum who is 84 was warm and safe thank you lockie your a credit to your company and I do hope they value a decent human being like yourself your family must be so proud x

Excellent service today from contract heating. Boiler broken down , needed a new part which engineer did not have with him - and it was a Saturday making things tricky. They sourced the part , engineer went and picked it up and came back within half an hour , all fixed perfectly. Great job and really helpful.

We had a problem with our central heating system at a particularly cold time of year. Contract Heating, whom we use for all our central heating work, responded to our call immediately and effected the repairs rapidly. As always, the service was excellent. Again as always, we were told in advance excatly what, including cost and timescale, would be involved. Contract Heating's engineers are always courteous and helpful and take the time to explain both problem and remedy. We would always be happy to recommend Contract Heating. Contract Heating is 100% reliable.

Contract Heating gave us unbeatable service when we needed a new central heating boiler installed. From the estimate survey, to the installation, to the assistance needed to explain the thermostat- they have been superb. Austin removed our old boiler and fitted our new one with no fuss or mess- at all. It was painless for us- and extremely clean and professionaly done. The system is working perfectly- and Contract Heating personnel have been incredibly helpful and courteous throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Very well done!

I don't know the value of services as my landlord will be paying for our annual HMO gas flat check. But I would like to live a review for an exceptionally great service by Colin I had today! Thank you very much everything dealt with in a professional manner, fixed the radiator needed a bleed, put the detector in the right place and most importantly identified and remover a small gas leak in the kitchen!
On top is very nice to chat to and answered all the possible questions I had in my head! A seven star service! Will ask for Colin on my next year check too))
I have to say that the radiator bleed and kitchen leak maybe could have been dealt with last year, but I didn't mention it, so do mention all things that worry you!

Contract Heating installed a new Ariston boiler and thermostat at my home. The engineers, Alan and Liam, arrived promptly and were able to carry out the installation in one day, without causing too much disruption and mess. Contract made each step of the process hassle free, from arranging a visit to provide a quote, answering questions that I had about the work, and organising a date for the installation. I am very happy to recommend Contract Heating.

Excellent service, managed to get us a quick appointment to have our boiler replaced at a reasonable price.
Alan and Liam carried out the work and they were polite, efficient and friendly and they did a brilliant job. They even fixed a floorboard in our loft while they were up there to help secure our loft ladder.

I have recently had a new combi boiler 5 radiators and a new gas cooker fitted by Contract Heating and can’t praise them enough. From Craig coming out to give me a quote, which I thought was a very fair price to the fitting of it went very smoothly. Chris and Ryan who came to install it were on time, professional, friendly and very efficient. A friend who popped in while they were there commented on how polite they were. They cleaned up after themselves in a very timely manner and cleaned up at the end. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and they took the warranties away to sort out and will send back to me.

I rang Contact Heating Ltd on a Friday and Chris came on the Tuesday morning . I cannot praise him highly enough. I had expected to have a new control fitted but Chris worked out what had gone wrong with my original one, spent time explaining clearly what had happened and what to do if the problem occurred again. He then serviced the boiler and checked all the radiators and again spend time explaining in simple terms how it all worked. I will definitely be using Contract Heating Ltd again.
