A really professional team and high quality work. Connell & McFadden did a total strip out and refurb of a bathroom and toilet room including taking out water tanks and dealing with walls in poor condition as well as removing old gas fire, installation of new oven, hob and extractor, joinery work (bespoke shelves, cupboard for gas and electric meters and boxing an alcove where fire was removed) and tiling in the kitchen. I was kept informed and consulted through the process and Steven was happy to give advice when I asked for input. Am incredibly happy not only with the excellent standard of work but also the friendly, professional, straight forward attitude. Would recommend without hesitation.

I gave Connell and McFadden 5 stars because that is what they deserve. They removed then fitted a completely new bathroom . There professionalism, attention to detail, timekeeping was second to none.I have no hesitation in highly recommending them and would definitely use them again.

We just wanted our bathroom upgraded, new floor, bath panel, toilet, seals, plugs, door and paint . When asking for a quote we thought maybe that the job would be considered too small but from the very start we were treated to their 1st class service.
Suggestions were made but never forced on you and solutions found without fuss.
Nothing was too much trouble and the work was completed in the 2 days as promised, with a little snagging done the next day.
We will definitely be using them for our kitchen.

We were very impressed with Connell and McFadden. They co-ordinated various trades to carry out a repair to a ceiling which had fallen in. Every tradesman came on time and was pleasant and approachable. All the work was completed and done to a high standard.

Sean and his team (Bruce and Scott) were very professional and helpful. There was a large amount of decorating work to be done - plastering, sanding, lining, painting, all within a tight timescale. They worked really hard to ensure everything went smoothly for us and stayed in touch throughout, helping with any queries we had. We're really happy with the work that was done and would thoroughly recommend them.

Sean, Steven and their team have completed a few projects for us since the start of 2016 including fitting a new bathroom, installing new doors, laying new bedroom flooring and designing and installing 2 sets of fitted wardrobes. All of this work was completed to a very high standard and within the agreed timescale. They were a pleasure to work with and we would definitely consider them again should we require more work. They went the extra mile for us on more than one occasion and saw us through some difficult decisions.

I was looking for a builder to develop a one bedroom property near Tollcross into a holiday let. I used this website to find one and Sean came to look at the property with me. I pretty quickly realised he knew exactly what needed to be done and had a vision of what the place could look like. He understood completely the need to balance the end result with the budget available and did an amazing job transforming what was quite a dilapidated old flat into a top notch holiday home. He had a solution for every problem and didn't stop thinking until he'd worked out the best answer for what was really quite a difficult problem. The kitchen had been in a tiny space, the shower was miniscule so he decided to turn rooms around, and the end result is a fabulous kitchen / living room and luxurious shower! All within a tight budget. On the first weekend of occupancy he offered to be available in case there were any problems even though he wasn't planning on working that weekend. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sean and his team and can't praise highly enough the work done by Sean, Steven and the rest of the guys. Thank you so much!

I dealt with Sean and he replied quickly to my enquiry. Within a couple of days he'd been out with a colleague to look at the job and give me a quote. I went ahead and within the week the stair was replaced. Sean explained the options to me clearly and gave his recommendation. The job was completed quickly and to a high standard.
