We've used Colin 3 times in the last year and find him very reliable, friendly and super efficient. The first job was a boiler service where he discussed everything with us. Then more recently he came at very short notice to isolate a leaking boiler and returned a few days later to install the fix, he's also just finished another job installing a new tap. It's really refreshing to find a tradesman who responds to emails/messages quickly then can actually do the work in a sensible timeline and as a result I'd highly recommend Colin.

Colin came to our property within an hour of calling him to isolate and drain our CH system after a leak. He's great to get on with, gave great service and advice.

Arrived same morning I called which was brilliant. Had to use mobile number and had left message on landline. He explained what was wrong with my boiler and showed me it which I appreciated. Went to get the part so all sorted in one day which was brilliant. Told me the cost it was likely to be. Paid cash (went to cash point). And checked next day to see if it was still ok. House not boiling now (boiler was stuck on all time!!). Really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Called Colin when our boiler developed a fault and left us without heating or hot water. He was able to come out pretty quickly and got it working again without any problem, and also replaced a leaky valve. Very friendly and informative, would definitely recommend.

Gas boiler fan failure and as the current company could not provide an engineer appointment for 10 days, they pointed me to the Gas Safe Register and based on review comments and high scores I picked Colin. Very pleased that I did as he came within 24 hours and then returned 12 hours later to fit, test and commission new fan.

Fixed my radiator the day after phoning up. Not only did Colin fix the leak, he also went into detail to explain what he done and how the components work which I appreciated. Made no mess but was prepared by bringing along items for cleaning just in case - another plus. Would recommend.

Hot water tap wouldn’t turn off so called and asked for someone to take a look. Within a few hours Colin arrived and fixed the issue super quickly. Fab service will definitely use again.
