We had problems with our cold water flow and need some work on our water tank. Colin has been recommended to my by several friends and I would highly recommend him. For a start, his quote was £100 cheaper than another quote. He did not know about the other quote btw. He is professional, efficient, comes when he says he will and is a clear communicator. He works in a very clean manner and the standard of his work is excellent. HIGHLY highly recommend.

Had a leak from my shower, it was 19 years old and I therefore decided on a new one. We decided on a mutual choice and Colin went off to get a new one for me and promptly installed it.

We've used Colin 3 times in the last year and find him very reliable, friendly and super efficient. The first job was a boiler service where he discussed everything with us. Then more recently he came at very short notice to isolate a leaking boiler and returned a few days later to install the fix, he's also just finished another job installing a new tap. It's really refreshing to find a tradesman who responds to emails/messages quickly then can actually do the work in a sensible timeline and as a result I'd highly recommend Colin.

Colin came to our property within an hour of calling him to isolate and drain our CH system after a leak. He's great to get on with, gave great service and advice.

Arrived same morning I called which was brilliant. Had to use mobile number and had left message on landline. He explained what was wrong with my boiler and showed me it which I appreciated. Went to get the part so all sorted in one day which was brilliant. Told me the cost it was likely to be. Paid cash (went to cash point). And checked next day to see if it was still ok. Called Colin when our boiler developed a fault and left us without heating or hot water. He was able to come out pretty quickly and got it working again without any problem, and also replaced a leaky valve. Very friendly and informative, would definitely recommend.

Colin arrived within the specified slot and immediately identified the problem with our leaky tap. A new mixer tap was required which he obtained and fitted for us. Whilst he was there we asked him to help us with a small leak in our radiator and to sort a problem with our shower head which he fixed on the spot.
