Citywide Gas Services

I use citywide as one of our main contractors at work and have had great feed back from landlords and tenants as to the quality and customer service from citywide - based on that I used Citywide to install a new boiler in my own home John attended and installed and completed the work and I was very happy with the service I received from Citywide and I would highly recommend Citywide to friends and family.

Problem fixed promptly and efficiently. Very happy to use again.

The work carried out by Citywide Gas engineer John was excellent.
Not only was John extremely polite and good mannered, he was also very prompt with getting in touch with me with my boiler issue.
His work was done to a very high standard, it was neat and clean, he worked quickly and with minimal disruption to my day.
I could not recommend John and Citywide Gas enough.

John installed a new boiler for my elderly mother. I took her away for the day. John was punctual, helpful, trustworthy and considerate and kept me informed by phone how he was getting on. The house was left tidy and clean and he had put the heating on so the place was nice and warm when we arrived back. I would highly recommend John's work to my family, friends and colleagues. Definitely worth 5 stars and more.

New boiler and three new radiators. Friendly service - came back to remove tanks in the attic which completed the job very well. John from the start was very helpful in advising on options for the work and we are really pleased with the improved hot water and heating system.

John came out to help me after 10pm in an emergency when my water tank burst. He was very helpful and made sure that the leak (flood!) had stopped before leaving that night. He has replaced the tank and had my water and heating back within a couple of days. I would highly recommend him

John works with us as a letting agent and carrys out boiler repairs and landlord safety certificates. All work is completed to a high standard and he is very reliable. All keys are returned quickly and invoices are submitted in a timely manner. He also attends emergency jobs on short notice. Would highly recommend.

John is so helpful and no fuss. Gets the job done!

Citywide were so helpful when we had a big water leak through our kitchen ceiling just a few days after moving into our new house. I was pretty worried about it and luckily they were able to come round promptly. Citywide were brilliant, really good service and friendly, and price seemed reasonable too. Would definitely recommend to others.
