Citywide Gas Services

Replacement of a 15+ year old boiler with a new Worcester boiler. Some pipes also needed replaced. New radiators were installed and old ones taken away. Extra time and work was taken to pin these cast iron radiators to the walls.

This is the 2nd time I have used John and I am glad that I have used his services again. He is very honest and professional with his work. Thanks once again!

I spoke to John and the team and they were polite and helpful. The team were actually able to squeeze me in that afternoon and take a good look at my dying boiler. John was v helpful and informative. Came out same day and identified problem with gas boiler not working, clearly very knowledgeable even though boiler was a very old model, ordered parts, and returned to fix it and do service.

The work carried out by Citywide Gas engineer John was excellent.
Not only was John extremely polite and good mannered, he was also very prompt with getting in touch with me with my boiler issue.
His work was done to a very high standard, it was neat and clean, he worked quickly and with minimal disruption to my day.

Very happy with service

John installed a new boiler for my elderly mother. I took her away for the day. John was punctual, helpful, trustworthy and considerate and kept me informed by phone how he was getting on. The house was left tidy and clean and he had put the heating on so the place was nice and warm when we arrived back. I would highly recommend John's work to my family, friends and colleagues. Definitely worth 5 stars and more.
