City Glass fitted new windows throughout my property. From the initial quote stage to fitting & completion they were great to deal with, very helpful and the quality of the work is excellent.

I selected City Glass to replace the windows in my tenement flat following discussions with three or four local suppliers. Dale was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The team were very flexible over the timing of the work and were able to provide exactly the products that I wanted; at the time that suited me best. The installation went very smoothly and the guys were very polite and respectful of my property. They left no mess; just a set of lovely new windows. I am very satisfied with the whole experience; the price was competitive and the service could not be faulted.

Secondary glazing installed and pane of glass repaired. All done professionally and quickly. Unit looks good and doing what its supposed to. Had a number of quotes from different firms and most of the prices were in the same region, went with city glass based on being a trusted trader and the reviews on this site.

We had City Glass replace the balustrade round the front of out holiday lodge with new glass panels. The service was excellent. They promptly came out to measure up and give us a quote. Work was completed on time and to our full satisfaction. Very polite staff and tidy workmanship.

I was impressed with the customer service, the professionalism and reliability of City Glass. There was a small issue with the initial work carried out to repair a window, which they quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Finding companies of this quality are sometimes hard to find, as I discovered in my initial search for a company to carry out the repair. For these reasons, I will use City Glass again and highly recommend them to friends.

Ordered 11 large, custom-made hardwood windows which were expertly fitted and completely satisfied my requirements. Only quibble was the lapse time between placing order and completion. Expectation was 12 weeks but actual was more like 16.

Cannot fault this company or the workers, absolutely delighted with everything.

The company came to estimate the job, sent the estimate and did the work as arranged. All the staff were polite and I was very pleased with the job. Stevie who did the job worked hard and tidied up very well when the job was finished. That was much appreciated !

City Glass arrived when they said they would, both for the templating and fitting of the splashback. They carried out the work with the minimum of fuss and we would definitely recommend them. A job very well done.

Can't recommend city glass enough. From start to finish their service was efficiency and professional. I had them in initially for a custom glass splash back and after being very impressed with the results had them return to fit a bespoke bath panel. Once again i was very impressed with the result and now have had all doors and Windows fitted with the addition of French doors to the rear of the house which previously weren't there. Overall very impressed and over the moon with the work done.

The employees carrying out this work were superb and we are both delighted with the outcome. It was everything we hoped for and Stevie and Dale did a wonderful clean up after.

This firm also did work for my daughter and she too was delighted with them.

We would highly recommend both Rehau Windows & Doors along with Alan and his team at City Glass UK. We were extending/developing our house and CGU were extremely flexible and accommodating doing the job in more than one visit to fit into our work schedule. The final finish is excellent and overall great value for money.

City Glass UK fitted a large (3.5 x 1 m) double-glazed horizontal rooflight in a copper surround. This is very heavy work. (1) They contacted me to tell me when an expert would be sent to quote for the work. (2) They kept me informed about the construction of the panel. (3) They consulted me about exactly when it should be fitted, co-ordinating with a skilled roofer to deal with the copper fitting.
The planned morning turned out to have a sub-zero temperature. Seven men worked for four hours to remove the old (damaged) unit and insert and seal the new unit, finally cleaning up both outside and inside the room. It was a very tidy and expert job, much appreciated.
I had contacted several other firms but the others were unable to undertake this sort of specialised work.

Very happy with city glass. They replaced a wooden cupola with a double thick Perspex dome and they made a brilliant job. Very tidy and diligent - the price was very good as another Edinburgh company was looking for thousands for a similar job. I was not ripped off and would certainly use city glass again and fully recommend them for price and workmanship

I needed to get new windows fitted for my elderly mum's flat. I don't live in Edinburgh so needed a company I could trust. They just got fitted today and my mum said how fantastic the fitters were. Absolutely brilliant company, the lads worked really hard, were very organised and competent and obviously very proud of the finish. There was no mess left, they cleaned up after themselves and were very skilled workman. Would highly recommend this company to everyone, very good communication, a very friendly family run company and competitive value for money. The door looks fabulous, we are very happy, thank you.

We used City Glass UK Ltd to remove and replace the windows on our house including front door and two sets of French Doors. From start to finish they were fantastic. Alan in visiting, advising and providing the very competitive quote and keeping in touch until the work started. Dean, Chamak and Dale were excellent, on time, tidy and friendly throughout and kept the disruption to a minimum, also took the time to talk us through what they were doing and help us decide on some options, they weren't content until the job was completed perfectly. We are delighted with the quality of the windows and door and the finish from the fitters. I would highly recommend them to anyone, our house has been transformed. Di in the office was also excellent in keeping us informed and with any questions we had.

I had 5 new UPVc sash windows installed and the old ones taken away by Dale who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Di and Dale kept in contact during the ordering and installation. Wouldn't hesitate to use the team again.
