We had our complete two-bed flat painted. Chris was very efficient from the start, in scoping the work and giving us a price, and also in arranging a suitable few days.
The quality of work is excellent, and Chris & Dave were notably punctual, as well as being incredibly neat and tidy.

This is a very belated review for work that Chris and his team did for us a couple of months ago. But they’ve been so good that I just had to post this review at one point or another. We needed to have our bathroom ceiling and wall redecorated after a roof leak. It was a relatively small job that May other traders refused to take on but it was no issue for this team. They were very friendly, punctual and the work was of superb quality - and this is coming from somebody who’s very picky! I also don’t like a mess but accepted that there will be some whenever there’s work getting done. To my surprise, Chris and his team cleaned up after themselves and were very careful with their work so that made things so much easier for me. I will not hesitate to recommend them and we’ll definitely get them back in when I’ve decided on the paint colour I want for the rest of the house!

The work done was the painting of smallish hallway, tidying up wear and tear damage from previous years.
From the earliest contact Chris was reliable and kept me informed as required. I thought his estimate was reasonable and fair. The work was very well done, the guys left no mess and the work took just the length of time they said it would.
I am very pleased with the finished hallway and would certainly use the firm again and recommend it to anyone who asked.

Chris kept us informed from booking two months previous. He was good at telling us timescale of the job so we just left them in the house to get on with the work and came home before they left.

I don't have another quote for comparison, so can't really comment on price of job. Chris responded promptly with a quote and to any questions asked. He provided dates for starting the work and let us know immediately of any slippage in dates.

Chris and his team of painters did both interior and exterior painting work for us. They were very professional, approachable and accommodating throughout the job. We appreciate that they laid down floor protection and taped things up properly before they started painting. We had the front door and surround painted inside and outside. The door was a bit of a tight fit which resulted in a bit of the paint sticking overnight. Chris and David came quickly the next day and sorted it all out and it now looks lovely.

Chris and his colleague painted our front door and outside woodwork and stonework. Communication throughout from first quote to final invoice has been brilliant and when work was slightly delayed due to the awful weather we were kept fully informed with revised timings. His quote was spot on and very reasonable given the excellent standard of the work.

Chris’ painters painted my open plan living area and hallway. They were efficient, helpful and tidy throughout the whole process. I used colours from a company Chris hadn’t used before and he arranged for samples to be made up to make sure I was happy with the colour in the space. Chris came to my rescue! I wanted some parts of the communal stair paintwork repaired and painted prior to selling my flat. The job involved scaffolding which Chris arranged - there were a few issues after the scaffolding was taken down, Chris gallantly went above and beyond to rectify and put this right. Chris and his team did an absolutely amazing job painting and refreshing my Victorian tenement flat which badly needed attention. Recent electrical works meant the flat was even more of a challenge. What they have achieved is beyond fantastic, and the attention to detail really impressive. They were courteous and professional throughout and were pro-active in making recommendations eg painting radiators.

We were very satisfied with Chris and his work. He was particularly thorough and patient in being sure that the paint he was about to use matched the one we wanted him to match. The work was then booked in, and done punctutally, and courteously. We would certainly ask him to quote again for future jobs, and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Chris and his team have just completed a complete point job of my massive lounge with 3m high ceilings - ceilings, cornice, door, windows, radiators, walls. I love it. The guys have done a great job, very professional, friendly and punctual too. I would not hesitate to reach out for their services again or recommend them.

We recently moved into a classic 80's Bungalow, dull beige rendering outside and dark brown UPVC windows and doors inside and out. Thanks to the workmanship; having the rendering spray painted and the UPVC windows spray painted inside and out. We now have a lively modern looking house. Professional Company, skilled, punctual, friendly and they really take pride in what they do. A great investment.

Chris and a colleague of his, who were friendly and personable, redecorated after the installation of a new kitchen. Not the largest room in the world but Chris came to quote for the job quickly and the work was carried out soon after efficiently and to a high standard.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job and absolutely transformed our very tired living room into something completely new. The paintwork was absolutely perfect with so much attention to detail. Everything including clean up was done to such a high standard.
In terms of arranging the work, Chris was very responsive and came the same day I enquired about a quote, with the work taking place just a couple of weeks later. He responded really quickly to any messages I had.

I would always use Chris Keppie to do my work. We have used him a few times now varying from exterior paintwork, windows, internal doors, walls, wall papering and skirtings. The team are so friendly and hard workers. I wouldnt go anywhere else, they are also very patient with me trying to decide what colours I want lol.

I got in touch with Chris late in 2022 and he explained how busy he was, my dates were quite specific and he was absolutely fantastic making sure I was slotted in where it suited me. He was a really really polite guy knew exactly what he was talking about. He put in some amount of hours as well, going above and beyond for me time and again. I still have work ongoing but the before and after pictures would blow you away. I wouldn't use any one other than Chris going forward.
