Got windows replaced. Very good initial visit by the manager. Got time to do work and it was started bang on time. All done in 3 days. Good workmen (2) - knew their work and explained what they were doing. Needed some snagging work done afterwards. Guys arrived next day to fix. Very happy.

Great professional job all round

The experience was a good one.

The whole process was very efficient from ordering to delivery and installation. Workmen arrived when scheduled and were very helpful, efficient and also cleaned up completely. They also ensured we were completely satisfied with the installation before leaving.

First class company, first class workmen who are tidy workers and very helpful. Have used this company in the past and will use again in the future.

Had two single windows replaced. Contacted Celsius as comparison after another firm quoted a figure I felt was too high. John responded promptly and was quick to come out and survey. The price quoted was significantly cheaper than our other one and we went with Celsius. Cannot fault the service or the fitting. The fitters were polite and punctual. They worked very efficiently, even when they had to take the windows they’d just fitted back out and redo when they discovered our 90 year old house was not square and the windows looked squint even though they were level.
