The whole process - initial discussion, quotation, survey, installation and follow-up - was smooth and well organised. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional and respectful of our home, and any small issues (including a cracked slab outside) were put right quietly and without fuss. The price felt fair for the quality of the product and workmanship and it's clear they care about customer satisfaction and repeat business. I'd be happy to use them again and to recommend them to others.

I would not hesitate to use Celsius Windows again. From sales to fitting the door, everyone was professional, friendly and polite. There was no pressure to buy and the door fitters tidied up after themselves.

The team (2) started work promptly at 08:00, completing the replacement of three windows in about 5 hours. They were courteous, worked diligently and cleaned up thoroughly behind them. We are very pleased with the job.
