We are open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm and operate an emergency plumber service.

Excellent service from Richard today. He followed the Covid 19 measures that Celsius have in place. He took the time to answer the questions I had in regards to the boiler and went into fine detail. Will definitely use Celsius from now on! 5 star ⭐️

Responded to boiler repair request very speedily as we were completely let down by Scottish Gas when we were left with lack of heating and hot water even though our boiler was still under warranty with them.
The service was friendly and professional

Everything went fine except 1 little valve was not reopened so no heating. Called and an engineer came straight over and solved the problem.

Very helpful during an unexpected leak.
Celcius were able to send out a plumber that day who found a temporary solution until after weekend when problem fixed permanently.
Lovely young man, polite, patient and took time to communicate the problem effectively with all involved. Office staff very kind and helpful too especially Monica.

My Boiler had a fault 2 days before Christmas. Celsius Heating came round the same day to fix it.
The fault happened again on Christmas Eve (everywhere was closed) but Michael the owner of Celsius popped round and fixed the issue and made sure it was all working fine for Christmas.
That is what I call Customer Service!
