Very quick, friendly service from both plumber and customer services. Fixed flush on my toilet in 10 mins. Would definitely recommend!

We had a boiler replaced with a combi boiler. The engineer who did the work was great and even solved a problem we had with low water pressure!

Due to a misunderstanding with my letting agent I didn't understand the access needed and left a 3 generation's old china cabinet in the hall. Mark and Robert must have emptied it, moved it, then put it all back, to get it out the way. It undoubtedly put them behind time and I am so grateful for their care. It's not worth anything, but the cabinet and it's contents have massive sentimental value to me and my family. I can't overstate how much it meant to me, and how bad I felt that I did move it in the first place! Absolutely great, great big virtual hug. Thank you so much.
