We are open 7 days a week 8am - 8pm and operate an emergency plumber service.

The boiler had broken down late Friday afternoon. I phoned Celsius and spoke with Monique who did her best over the phone to try to get it working again. By this time it was too late to get an engineer so we had an out of hours appointment booked for the following day. Despite me constantly changing my mind about the timing of the engineer appointment she remained very patient and obliging.
Aiden (the engineer) changed his schedule to accommodate an important visit that we had, explained everything about what he was doing and was also very helpful.
My overriding impression was that I was dealing with an organisation that was very professional and had my best interests at heart. Well done Celsius.

The engineer was excellent. Fast diagnosis of problems and parts ordered and installed and fixed the next day. Celsius went out there way to get the central heating back working again as quickly as possible for my 91 year old mother

Upgrading our radiators, first time I have used Celsius but very pleased with the experience. Good communication before the visit, they came out and offered a free estimate (many other firms wanted a payment to provide an estimate)
The engineer was very polite and quietly got on with the job and made sure everything was clean tidy and working before he left.
