Really pleased with the service I received from Celsius Plumbing. Received a confirmation email to confirm the date and time of visit. Engineer phoned half an hour before he arrived. Richard, the engineer, took the time to explain what he had done, and the work he recommended to have my boiler fixed. Really pleased with the service they provided, and will definitely use them again and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Celsius is a highly reliable business. They always arrive when planned and all the engineers are professional and friendly. It was only a service today (Celsius out the boiler in some years ago); Richard did a thorough job and was a pleasure to have in the house.

Fantastic service - very competent engineers. My boiler stopped working but now parts have been replaced and boiler serviced not only is boiler working but much more efficient - my home is warmer.
I was a little put off my having to pay up front but I understand its probably sadly a sign of the times.

Had a few hiccups with clerical mainly, lack of calls to let me know if plumber would still be attending as scheduled, not showing up and no apologies from office, the plumbers themselves do a good job, this is the second time we’ve used them, Stephan and Jamie very cheery and got the job done

Celsius repaired a leaking boiler pipe for me, whilst it took a couple of attempts to get rid of the leak entirely I can’t fault their service which was, as always, great.

We had a blockage under the kitchen sink and as a result could not use the sink, washing machine or dishwasher. Our engineer fixed the problem and before leaving tested the washing machine and dishwasher to ensure everything was now functioning correctly. We were very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend Celsius as a company to do business with.

Plumbing pipes changed under sink after dishwasher leak.
Really easy experience. Contacted online. They confirmed appointment slot quickly and turned up at agreed time.
Plumber was lovely, did what he had to do to fix issue and left. Made a really stressful leak easy to fix.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

Boiler not working - helpful staff when I called, got someone to see me the same day. The chap who came called first, was on time, explained what the problem was and fixed it. Helpful, friendly and efficient. Happy to recommend.
