The pipe was leaking under the sink, and the man who came was very nice and got on with the job, he also checked my floorboards to make sure there where no other apparent problem to deal with.

Had a real emergency on a Saturday afternoon in August 2023, nearing the end of floor repairs, I drilled through a water pipe! Managed to get a screw in to limit the flow, called one firm who said they would call back within 90 mins, but then phoned Celsius, and within 20 mins Jamie the plumber turned up. Panic stations for 20mins as we couldn't locate the stopcock, but he found a workaround, repaired the pipe and did me a proper solid. Excellent service from Celsius and from Jamie. Thank you!

I had a new boiler installed by Celsius and from start to finish they have been amazing.
They gave me an honest opinion on what I needed to do, turned up when they said they and were clean, tidy and efficient when carrying out the repair
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing heating instal, repairs or even just advice what to do

I’ve had my shower mixer replaced. The engineers Blair and Aaron were fantastic, very friendly and professional they did the job quickly. There was no washers with the new mixer I bought myself so the guys got them from their van.
I’m very happy with the level of service and overall experience and would definitely recommend Celsius!

I’ve used Celsius for the last 10 years & would happily recommend them to anyone. They’re quick, efficient & pleasant to deal with. I’ve only ever had 1 problem with them but they dealt with it quickly, were very apologetic & resolved the issue above & beyond my expectations. Their engineers are always friendly, respectful of your property & are happy to answer any questions.
