Contact from booking the appointment was excellent, the message before arriving kept me in the loop, the engineer was a really nice and polite lad, good bit of chat and gave me an explanation of what he was doing before starting then showed me what he’d done and how that would improve things for us plus, he told me what to do if something were to happen in the cold as it it did last winter. Flawless service, very happy and impressed. 5 ⭐️

In July Celsius replaced our old boiler with a much more efficient one. They have been back a couple of times to balance the system and this was no trouble to them at all. It is really easy to make an appointment with them and the engineers have always come well within their allotted time slot. They also provide you, via email, with a detailed work sheet of the work they have carried out. I'd definitely recommend them to others. Great work carried out and excellent after care.

Toilet flush stopped working and required a replacement part. Came very quickly and diagnosed the issue. Returned when they said they would and fixed the problem. Courteous and helpful at all times.

As a landlord we always use Celsius for all our safety certificates. First class service from booking to arriving on time and completing the job at hand. The staff who arrive at my property are always polite and professional.
