Andrew was clearly on top of the job and worked very efficiently. This is not the first call-out to our boiler which needs to be replaced and we’re just hoping it will be the last before we replace it. I’m confident that Andrew did all that he could as he was very clear about what was needed.

We were able to book a visit from the engineer, Connor, very quickly when our boiler stopped working, which was great because of the cold weather. The boiler is old and was difficult to deal with. Connor had to go out twice to get spare parts a didn’t finish the job till about 8pm. He really stuck at it, for which we really are very grateful, and also checked the rest of the system. The boiler is now running well, but we will have to think seriously about a replacement. Top marks for efficiency and determination! Thank you Connor.

We had Connor from Celsius out to our house today after problems with our condensate pump. He got in touch to give me a time he would arrive and was there when he said he would be. He was professional and very thorough in what was needing checked. He explained to me the problem that was found and how it was fixed and also things to look out for in future. Over all very pleased with today's service.
This is the second time we have used Celsius to do our boiler servicing and maintance and would definitely recommend the team and we will be using again in the future. Thank you to all involved.
